Now, I have been here multiple times and do really love Ronnie and how he does nails and his service/attitude in general. He does great designs, is quick, and very friendly. However, today I made an appointment at 4:45, I was running ten minutes behind and called to let them know, to which they responded it was no problem. When I arrived at 4:55, I was not greeted or acknowledged. I knew to check in on the iPad so I did. 40 minutes goes by with me waiting without a peep and the girl ( Tristen) who was scheduled with me at 4:45 was still working on another client and was sitting about two feet from me and NOT ONCE turned to me to let me know she was running behind. I finally asked for an update and only then did she say she was running late (no kidding). I continued waiting and ultimately decided to not get a design and just do a color. Tristen still working on this previous client resulted in me being helped by another man who also did not acknowledge the situation at all. Honestly, their lack of "I'm sorry for the delay" or really anything made me decide to just get the acrylic taken off and leave. I spent almost 2 hours at this salon and walked out with no color, no nails, nothing and STILL paid to have the nails removed ( I'd love this explanation and how this possibly makes any sense). Truthfully, service and being a business owner is about how you handle these situations and they did a very poor job. Things happen and people run late. That I completely understand. But, not acknowledging it or trying to rectify the situation in any which way IS completely in their control And this is unfortunately where they dropped the ball.
