We visited as a group myself and my boyfriend along with his nephew, his wife, and their son and it was the perfect setting for a family outing. The space had a relaxed, welcoming vibe that made everyone feel right at home, from the adults enjoying the wine tasting to the little one along for the fun. Our server Fabio was a true highlight of the visit. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable whether recommending wines or walking us through the pairings, he made the whole experience feel personal and special. We started with a beautiful charcuterie board, loaded with cheeses, grapes, olives, crackers, and more the perfect way to kick off the tasting. Each of us then ordered a different entrée, and every dish was delicious. The wine tasting experience itself was wonderful, a great way to explore what the winery has to offer. If you're looking for a place that combines great food, exceptional wine, and a gorgeous atmosphere with great company, look no further. We'll absolutely be back!

Walking up to the entrance, this place had great curb appeal and the foliage made it feel warm & welcoming. Inside, there were many tables to sit at and a private, member's only room that was very cool, dim and lined with barrels. We got our wine tasting cards right at the entrance. The employees were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were helped by Stevie and she was wonderful. The wine list was great, many to choose from that accommodated everyone's different tastes and preferences. We chose the wines we wanted to try then headed out to the outdoor area. There's a large covered patio with tables and chairs as well as out on the grassy lawn. There's also a stage area where there was live music as well, a man with a guitar, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable ambiance. We very impressed that this place was kid & dog friendly. So much so there was a kid's birthday party in session. We also appreciated that outside food/snacks was allowed (outdoor). This will definitely be on our list when we return to wine country.

Stayed in a room in the Tower, and probably would have preferred one in the Villas for an additional cost. The room was a corner unit and larger than I expected with a view of the vineyard. The amenities were decent with a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, desk area, loveseat and king bed. Would have been nice to have a robe. Nice balcony, and actually saw a hot air balloon land in the nearby parking lot! Pool area was decent with lots of lounge chairs and a few cabanas. They do have room service, plenty of parking, on-site spa (did not try), and a wine tasting room (did not try) near the restaurant ... separated from the hotel. The decor in the lobby area is a little dated, but neat and clean -- front desk staff were very friendly.

He went through his little tutorial of each wine, what was in it, what you could smell or taste. My daughter asked him about stronger wine's which he was happy to go into detail about. They had a barrel wine, which my daughter loved, then I had to ask "hey do you have a port". Yes they do, a delicious, exquisite, red port and a white port. I purchased one. Oh and the little shareable menu please try their homemade hummus. It was delicious. I will be coming back here for our anniversary to stay at one of the villa's. And don't forget to stop in the gift shop there were so many cute things in there.

What happened?! I was really looking forward to summer so I…read morecould visit my "favorite" winery, but I'm incredibly disappointed. It seems inflation has hit everyone, but this was a shock--last year, upgrading to a cabin was $50, and this year it's $100! I would love to know whose bright idea it was to raise the price this high. Are they suffering from a lack of memberships and trying to make up for it this way? I drove over 48 miles for this, and an updated email beforehand would have been lovely. On a positive note, the customer service remains phenomenal. I was happy to see Quincy again--he's an absolute joy and provides such helpful, kind, and exceptional service. Honestly, that was the only good thing about my visit. I even asked if they were under new management because, once I paid to get in, everything seemed to go downhill. While the drinks were good, the food was not. They brought out 12 chips with about a tablespoon of guacamole and salsa--I actually asked if they had dropped the chips on the way over! It's wild that the food prices stayed the same as last year, but the quality has plummeted. I can't believe the excessive price hike just to sit by a pool with absolutely no perks. Paying $100 just to sit poolside and use a cabin to change into my swimsuit is not worth it. Last summer, I was a regular and came out at least six times, even bringing my coworkers I already told them not to bother. After today, I won't be back, so those extra visits I usually make definitely won't be happening. The quality has gone down they need the old manager back because whoever is running this place now needs some serious help. I wouldn't dare recommend this place to anyone now; between the cost and the quality, I cannot! Back to the winery up the road :)

I decided to do a wine tasting for my birthday with 2 other guests and drove from LA to Temecula on a Sunday. Arriving to the estate was easy, there's plenty of free parking spots surrounding the winery. It's quite an uphill stroll and some stairs are involved, but you definitely get a workout in. They have a covered patio area of tables that are either reserved or you put your name down to get a table on the left side of the winery, the middle/terrace area is usually used for private parties/events such as a bridal shower or birthday party, where there are 2 outside bars and sometimes they offer live music, the back area of the estate has a grassy area with small vendors selling jewelry and such with picnic style tables (no shade or cover), a gazebo of seating facing in my opinion, the best part of the view, and a separate location for wine club members. The inside is where you do the actual wine tasting experience, and has high bar stool tables and chairs for seating as well. Stepping up to the hostess desk, a man who worked there greeted us and very quickly told us what they offer and then walked away (had nothing to do with the check in desk area, so it was a little confusing). The hostesses had the same spiel to give, and I had mentioned it was our first time and we had absolutely no idea how to even begin a wine tasting experience. The explanations were rushed and basically told us to figure it out. We walked away towards the inside/outside terrace of the winery and were stuck walking around for 5 minutes not knowing where to go. We stopped by one of the outside bars and asked for help, the bartender told us we could start our wine tasting experience inside. Now was that so hard to help us navigate where we're supposed to go and what we're supposed to do? Not everything should be explained on a script, most of the time hospitality and customer service goes a longer distance than formalities. We finally get inside and the women working the front for the tastings were really impersonal and standoffish. We finally start getting a tasting experience going, asked for recommendations and none were received or explained so we just picked random options and had them pour. Throughout the 6 tastings we had, each pour was a different amount, if the bottle they were using was running low, they would pour the last bits of it (barely 2 sips), and hand it over, vs a bottle that was more than full, would get a nice even tasting pour. We eventually wanted to order food, and before we even started the tasting, we asked for a table and the hostess told us it would be over an hour wait. We put our names down, they called us in the middle of our 2/6 tasting, which was less than 20 min. So we went to our table and kept having to go back inside one by one to taste our different wines, as we were at a table now and not just doing the tasting experience inside. Food was great, service at the table was also great. Afterwards we left our table and walked towards the gazebo area and sat down by the view. The most enjoyable part of our day just taking in the atmosphere. On our way out, we wanted to experience a different viewpoint which was the bar area with the stools next to the tables of the "reserved/name down" area. I very nicely asked the hostess if we could sit in the empty seats for just a second to finish our last tasting and take in the view, she told us no those are reserved areas and not just open for anyone to sit at as they please. "Sorryyyy those are reserved spaces" with a smile that was clearly not genuine. We understood, dropped our wine glasses off at the bar, and proceeded to our next destination. All in all, the service here was not great. The entire experience felt absolutely rushed, it was not focused on the wine tasting experience at all, they are more focused on selling tables and getting you to order food. There was no explanations on a quick backstory of the wines we were interested in trying, it was just like "which one do you want" "*point*" poured it, and just told us to enjoy. I didn't enjoy my time here at all, and I won't be back to visit, as there are many many other lowkey wineries that are not as highly reviewed or popular as this one, and they are a much better experience.
