Then when you find one, have them call us to transfer it." How is that even professional or my job for the pharmacy to ask me that? Customer service has just been a spiral in many places. After I…read morewas done at the self checkout, I realized I had another coupon I wanted to use so I went back for the item. I self checked out again and unfortunately, I read the coupon incorrect so I was stuck in the tender screen. I left the self checkout counter to go to the associate behind the counter. To my knowledge, I was incorrect with my coupon. BUT, what I didn't appreciate was the SHITTY ATTITUDE I received for an honest mistake I overlooked. I don't appreciate the *sigh* then asking me "did I buy this much?", then I see her tossing some other small item in front of me. Then as she walked to the self checkout out counter to void my transaction, I apologized again and I still get an attitude. LADY, I have been to this location MANY TIMES and I know you have been working here for a while already. So I ask, what is with this associates attitude towards customers? Is this just today? Cause if you hate your job, then customer service is no longer for you... Sadly, is I conversed with this associate before, she is really sweet and we are "island" people so I'm surprised the "nice" of her is no longer in her presense. Thank you for earning your store location this 1 star rating.
