I do feel like they need to fix their flower dept a little better though they need to add more options! The Albertsons in Alhambra has more options and they have gorgeous arrangements. There were lines of cars coming in from both directions, people opting to walk from their homes and one guy came in by bicycle with a big backpack. Not only did I witness her go out of her way for a co-worker at the end of her shift, but she came back to see if I had received assistance. All I needed was two princess balloons filled with helium for my niece's birthday. I asked a young gentleman that was passing by and he stated he did not know how to fill a balloon... Unfortunately, it is hard to find outgoing employees now a days. It seems that basic skills is now non existent. I won't take away stars for that. Sara definitely made up for it and saved the day. Inside is still the same though, not much updates there. Plenty of parking since this is located in such a huge plaza, so huge in fact that I would rather opt to park here than many of the other plazas within walking distance. So huge that I saw a dude practice basketball here at night without a basketball hoop in sight. Iconic and I hope he's balling out there, wherever he may be. There's security at the front and a good number of cashiers open so despite how crowded it is (at least on a Thursday mid morning), I was checked out quite efficiently. Like many other 99 Ranch, there's a bakery, hot foods area, seafood, butcher, and much more. It's not the cleanest, as I did see some wilted, not the freshest produce and some flies here and there (as well as some of the baked goods looking mushed into bags), but not outwardly awful. The variety isn't as good as I thought it would be, at least in comparison to my home 99 Ranch, but I was able to at least find some giftable chili oil. Not bad for a quick stop, but definitely do some price comparisons since there's lots of Asian markets nearby.
