I had some gifts I needed to return, and I had the original receipt. I asked at the counter very clearly if this return could please be given to me as store credit and said that I only wanted to proceed if I could be guaranteed it would NOT go back to the original card which would create privacy concerns for me. She said sure. She returned the items and I left the store. I looked at the receipt and she put the value right back into the original card creating a very troubling series of events for me over the next few months I tried to reach out to Kohls through several channels and was completely ignored for months. Like, not even a generic response. Finally I reached someone who demanded the original receipt which I obviously don't have anymore because I had to give it back to the gift giver since Kohl's made an unauthorized transaction on their card and I had to return the receipt to them. Crazy that they would have expected me to have possession of it months later (it took months before anyone ever responded to me). I told them I don't have possession of the receipt anymore and that I had to give it back to the owner, and they never bothered to investigate any further. They never asked for a transaction name, date, or time. They have since stopped talking to me again. Go next door to Target. You deserve better than to feed your money to a business who will ghost you when they drop the ball.

Outside of that is the largest collection of quarter slot rides that I know of. They accept card payment or lets your kids pretend and don't pay to turn them on at all. Then there's a train ride and rideable animals for a fee. In Scheels they have a beautiful aquarium, a fun shooting range for a small fee and a ferris wheel that's only $1 per rider. Then upstairs they have a nice food court with clean restrooms and a variety of food options. I wish all malls were like this.

I wasn't even planning on going to the mall, but it was worth the trip. What really surprised me was Scheels. The size of it is impressive, but the fact they had a real aquarium and a Ferris wheel?! That's a whole other level! It's cool to see a store go above and beyond with entertainment and attractions. I also loved how the staff were very helpful pointing me in the right direction. I didn't shop at any of the other stores so I can't comment on those, but overall it was nice. It was a beautiful day and I just enjoyed walking around and taking it all in. If you need to get out of the house, stretch your legs and be surprised by a unique shopping experience, Eden Prairie Center is a must visit. Scheels alone is worth the trip! Win for a fun unexpected outing.

I walked in the store, it was empty. She was behind the counter on her phone, scrolling. She did NOT even acknowledge my presence. Never spoke to me, never looked up from my phone. We left. I figured she would not last. Imagine my surprise when I walked in yesterday and she was behind the counter. the store was a shambles, there were boxes all over by the counter and two women working. I had placed an online order the day previously. I had not gotten a notice that it was available. The day was Sunday July 5th. I was out and about running errands, and I called to see if by chance the shirt I ordered was available. No one answered the phone. I asked the other woman for help at the counter. She promptly told me I couldn't expect my order to be ready, I said, "that is why I called to see if we could find the shirt, you didn't answer." I then was lectured about the procedure, she tried to find my order. I told her I had the order confirmation and that the website said the inventory was available online. She wasn't interested, couldn't find my order and continued to tell me that I would have gotten an email if my order was ready. Then the young woman decided to get involved. She asked when I placed the order. I told her yesterday and then she proceeded to tell me their process all over again (this had already been communicated multiple times by the other person). By now I was frustrated, I told her, I understand but I called. She looked at me and said, "that was not necessary, I'm just trying to help". I felt talked down to and lectured and the young woman was very rude to me. The sales associate that was helping me, then found the order. Said, they didn't have the shirt in stock and that normally, if they didn't have it the order would be transferred to another store. I left. Got in my car and got the order cancellation notice. From my car I called Edina Chicos and a very nice woman answered the phone right away. She checked stock for me and set the blouse I wanted aside and I picked it up. I did ask, and she said, that absolutely not, if an order could be filled, it was NOT transferred to another store. So Eden Prairie sales person lied. I have shopped at Eden Prairie Chicos for MANY years and will not go back. Edina, Galleria service is 100000% better.

I was looking online to see if they carry converse, as I was looking for a pair of regular black chucks. When I entered the store there were tons of staff all over which is nice to see these days. I browsed the men's section first since the shoes are pretty much the same, I couldn't find them at first so I went across the store over to the women's and couldn't find converse in women's either. I did notice the women's shoes wasn't as busy as the men's. I browsed around a bit (no one greeted me or anything in men's or women's). I did finally find them under a table display and they only had platforms for women's so I went back over to men's to take another look. I did find them and waited for a salesman to assist me. A man walked up (after me) and the shoe he wanted was next to stock room so he was helped right away. I waited and asked for help.. I was told by a rep that he had to go check on some other customers, I kept waiting and being ignored to the point I witnessed reps asking people still looking around if they needed help and finally someone came up to help me, I asked for a 7 (as I'm a 8 1/2, 9 in women's), he came back and told me the smallest size they have is an 8 which is too big. He asked who I was shopping for, I said myself and he asked me what size I wear and I said about a 9 in women's and he said "well this is men's" as if I was blind. Just didn't like the vibes all around.

I got checked in early, had my props, hair, and clothes all set up 10-15 minutes before our session. The photographer came out, introduced herself to us, and wrote down our names to personalize the experience. The photoshoot itself was quick and professional. The photographer was willing to hear our ideas but she did not fully understand what we wanted. This could be a miscommunication because we were pushed through so quickly we were not able to speak up for ourselves. Afterwards, she tried to "sell" us different pictures. However I believe this is a company-mandated thing for employees. We all stand around a computer and she went through the photos. She made different collages with no input from us. It was as if it were a pushy salesman who was telling us what to buy. However since she was older, and did not grow up with computers, she really struggled at putting things together. She struggled with typing and basic technological instructions. I had to coach her through basic spelling, mouse control, etc. It was as if I were teaching a grandparent about technology and computers. Since I have a lot of experience with making my own Shutterfly books, I have a good grasp of putting pictures, collages, backgrounds, etc. together. Unfortunately, we were unable to use their computer system and all of our instructions had to be relayed to her. Luckily I was able to see past the "used car salesman" pitch and start standing up for myself by making clear demands and instructions.

This shopping center had two levels of diverse offerings including Asian groceries, snacks, drinks, bakery and a variety of international products.
