Stopped in Kohls to browse a bit for accessories. They had really cute purses. They usually always have sales or coupons or sometimes you can earn Kohl's cash. I will say it's a bit dead and very hard to find staff to help besides a few of the checkout areas. Back when I worked retail 2-3 people were staffed to each department to cashier/assist & zone the area, now it's just a cashier. Overall you can find some nice things in Kohls. read more

This store was great. It isn't anymore. Customer service is terrible now. They're slowly phasing it out, if you didn't notice by the disappearance of the dedicated desk. I had some gifts I needed to return, and I had the original receipt. I asked at the counter very clearly if this return could please be given to me as store credit and said that I only wanted to proceed if I could be guaranteed it would NOT go back to the original card which would create privacy concerns for me. She said sure. She returned the items and I left the store. I looked at the receipt and she put the value right back into the original card creating a very troubling series of events for me over the next few months I tried to reach out to Kohls through several channels and was completely ignored for months. Like, not even a generic response. Finally I reached someone who demanded the original receipt which I obviously don't have anymore because I had to give it back to the gift giver since Kohl's made an unauthorized transaction on their card and I had to return the receipt to them. Crazy that they would have expected me to have possession of it months later (it took months before anyone ever responded to me). I told them I don't have possession of the receipt anymore and that I had to give it back to the owner, and they never bothered to investigate any further. They never asked for a transaction name, date, or time. They have since stopped talking to me again. Go next door to Target. You deserve better than to feed your money to a business who will ghost you when they drop the ball. read more

The last time I was in Eden Prairie, I had two days to take in as much as possible. On this trip, I realized that this Kohl's is a five-minute drive from my hotel. I decided to pay it a visit. I like being pleasantly surprised. This Kohl's is a part of Eden Prairie Center. How did I not know that I was by a mall?! Anyway, I parked and walked in. This Kohl's is huge. There are two floors. There's an escalator in the middle of the store. The Minnesota sports apparel section is impressive. You have all four major sports teams (Wild, Timberwolves, Vikings, and Twins) represented in the form of hoodies, t-shirts, practice shirts, and more. There was a sale going on. Although I'm not a huge football fan, part of me wants a Vikings hoodie simply because it's in my favourite colour. I love the Fossil animal wallets and change purses. I am pleased that I have willpower. I am perfectly content with my wallet and didn't buy a new one. The shoe section is great. I found a pair of pink Vans in my size. I didn't really need any shoes, but I enjoyed browsing. This store has Sip by S'well beverage bottles. I own a pair of purple ones and they work well. This store also has accessories, from special brushes to clean the bottles, to reusable straws with a special cleaning brush for them. Neat! In October, Peanuts plushies were going for $5 each. I wanted one, but decided to pass. I am glad that I am patient. These plushies were 50% off. I ended up getting Snoopy and Charlie Brown, so I essentially bought one, and got one for free. The cashier seemed nice, but a bit impatient. I had to wait for my rewards barcode to load on my phone. I felt her evil eye staring at me. I let it slide. Eventually, the Kohl's app co-operated on my phone, and she was able to scan it. I paid using a credit card. The prompts were confusing on the machine. It said that it required cashier assistance, but it really didn't. Anyway, I successfully paid, grabbed my goodies, said thanks, and left. It's a good store. I'd come back again. (494) read more

We were in the shoe department looking for a pair of shoes for my husband but, could not find the size he needed, we asked Vincent that was in the shoe department to help us, and he went out of his way to get the color and size we needed. Visited Kohls yesterday. I shopped the first floor with a cart and it was fairly full went to use elevator and it wasn't available. I paid for what I had and needed to go out to my car to load it. Then came back in to shop lower level. Soon I found my arms full and asked an associate if there were any carts on lower level because I needed to shop more, needless to say no carts on lower level. I figured I could shop in comfort and eventually knew I would have to carry it all up the escalator. Also, no changing rooms available, not sure how this keeps me safe, they are way easier to clean than a restroom! read more

I have never in my life gone to a Kohl's that is so filthy. Every time I go to this store there is clothes on the ground everywhere and the dressing rooms are filthy and broken. It doesn't take much to just have the floors swept and the area tidy. The floors usually look like they haven't been taken care of in weeks. I don't shop at Kohl's very much any more because of the poor quality of the store. read more

10/31/2016 at 5 pm, I went to Kohls on the Eve of my wife's Birthday looking for some jewelry. I started looking in the diamond necklace case, no one came over to greet me. Instead the TWO female employees were leaning up against the case at the other end talking. I went over to them and asked if they were not too busy could someone show me a diamond necklace. She walked over and asked me what I wanted. I pointed to a nice display of 3 necklaces and asked if She could take that out. She said "can I tell you how much they are first?" As if you dont look like you have enough money to buy these. She was right, I quit "Bothering" her and took my business to Jared Jewelers where I spent $3400 for a quality necklace. I gave Kohls first chance and their TERRIBlLE and CONDESCENDING sales people drove me to another store. I WONT RETURN!! read more

Very spacious spread two floors in the EP Mall. Has good collection, but every time when you buy something, you will not find it in store.

Khols is always a bit confusing with their pricing. I love it's always a sale, but nothing is every truly priced as marked. My experience today was due to mis labeling and horrible customer service. In a city with so many options of places to shop, customer service is huge. I suggest spending your money else where. Skip the eden Prairie store!! Today they have graphic tees labled 2 for $20, great deal right! They must have a hundred choices all stacked together in no particular order. I spent awhile finding patterns and sizes I needed but when rung up they we not 2 for 20... when I told the cashier she wanted me to show her to prove it. Which i did... adding to my already to long shopping experience. Then she said "these are mixed with others, not part of the deal, dig for ones with a certain price" WOW!!! Messed up part was the shirts i had in my hands had 20+ of each pattern in that pile she wanted me to dig thru again... she also wouldnt let me talk to a manager until after I made my other purchases. The manager was helpful did offer to change the price, but like I said there are so many places to shop and I will not be giving them my money anymore. I truly wanted to let them know so they could move all mis labled clothing to a new spot. Its not fair to the customer, and with their horrible customer service I hope this message makes it to corporate and can be addressed so future customers don't have to leave so unhappy. read more
