I stopped in a few days before Christmas, and I actually had a few things yet I wanted to get my grandpa, so this worked out great. At the entrance - and throughout the store - I found free hot coffee, tea, refreshments, cookies, and treats. Maybe it's just a holiday thing but I loved the hospitality. The space is HUGE - so much more than clothes! I had no idea. They have: - books and coffee table books - a whole room dedicated to perfume/cologne and scents - a whole area for cocktail-related gifts - home decor, tableware, and interior decor items - kitschy smaller giftables that were organized by theme (work/office, hosting, etc.) - menswear and womenswear - jewelry - candles - and so much more! I genuinely believe you can walk in here and be sure to find something for anyone on your gifting list. The service was incredible: lots of welcomes and greetings, and staff there to help you if you need it. Oh, they even have a room you can reserve while shopping?! FANCY!

Joslynn came up to me about 40 seconds after I walked into the store and asked me what I was looking for and if she could help. I told her I needed a Holiday/Party dress and she immediately started pulling stuff of the racks. Within 10 minutes I had a dressing room filled with 6 dresses that would all be appropriate; she even asked if I wanted some black pumps to try on with the dresses to get the full look. I ended up purchasing not 1 but 2 dresses for under $150. Not only was my sales woman extremely friendly and helpful the rest of the staff there was very helpful. White House Black Market sells quality clothing at appropriate prices and they have an excellent customer service and staff. I would highly recommend any WHBM location, but if you want extra special treatment go see Joslynn at their MOA store.

Barbie is not a big fan. And she will continue from here: BR does not stand for Brazil, unfortunately. They have much more creative and provocative style in BR. At this BR, you can get Boring Raincoats and Banal Ruffles. If you want to look as conservative and preppy as possible, definitely come to BR. They have all the business casual attire you could want or need. We didn't talk to any staff at this location, as it was so busy.

Their shirts are great quality, but on the more expensive side. I think they are well worth it though. Especially considering how versatile they are and the fact that the shirts have a limited run. There's even an interactive touchscreen device that shows you which items you're trying on, with similar alternative styles and colors. Evaluating value is complicated. I feel their products are equal quality to Lululemon and priced lower, but there are definitely lower cost options available elsewhere. I signed up for membership for now, but am not sure a monthly membership is valuable to me long term. I would not pay full price for their products.
