I kind of don't like that they have decor and heavier fragile stuff upstairs in which you have to transport downstairs to checkout. I do like the convenience of the Sephora in this location, it's never been busy when I visited & I can usually find what I need. The store usually has sales running in many departments on many items, plus you can earn kohls cash/rewards so that's cool.

The cashiers were from another country with on their cell phones to there ear and don't proceed to do there job. Like they all didn't understand how to work in retail. A customer handed cash to the cashier and was supposed to give cash back in return as they just stood there and looked confused at the currency. There selection is great but not customer service was horrible. The manager needs to hire American that can work. I haven't been since.

This Macy's is huge!…read more I don't typically shop at Macy's much (or any bigger retail store like this really) but we happen to find parking near this wing of MOA. I could see Macy's being a one stop shop, they sell a bit of everything; furniture, home goods, clothes, toys, snacks, cosmetics, jewelry, etc. They almost always have some sort of sales going on & you can find some good deals here or there. We stopped at the pandora counter (yes, inside of the Macy's). We were able to peacefully look around without anyone greeting us or pushing us to buy. However we then made the mistake of walking through the perfume department. They were a very pushy about selling, EVERY perfume was their last bottle. Macy's is known for being a fragrance HQ. They have many scents you can't find in store anywhere else. So it's nice to be able to go in a smell something before you drop money on it. They also do refills on certain perfumes which is nice to save money & reuse your bottle. I love perfume but I can only take so many different smells before it starts to give me a headache. Every counter wanted use to smell 3-4 different perfumes which was a bit much. Like I said before they offer so much here. Worth a browse AND they have Tii Cup on the 3rd floor of the store!!

I've been wanting to see and check out what all the fuss is about. Mom had a solo shopping trip to the MOA and one of my main stops was here. The associates were so helpful and friendly. I was helped by Alexis and Dorce. I found plenty of stuff to try on but fell in love with three different styled tops! The clothing is buttery soft and a bit different from their competitors. There's also a happiness guarantee- love the product or send it back. Always free returns. The material is made from recycled materials. So far I've worn 2 of my pieces and loved them! I was greeted by a very friendly sales associate who assisted me in the purchase of two awesome new shirts. The staff were all pleasant and genuinely engaging throughout the sales process. Hammer Made takes a rather unique approach to their clothing in that everything they sell is designed by their owner and only made in very limited quantities. You can feel confident that when you wear one of their shirts you won't see five other people wearing the same thing!
