I googled DSW and signed up for VIP Club and was bombarded with emails. I found black Koolaburra by Ugg Suede boots in Clearance area and another brand that was all leather upper. I can't stand cheap fake leather that peels. I'd love to get Fryes but they don't have them here. I donated a pair of shoes and saved $10. Visit # within 2 weeks. I was looking for suede cleaner but found a kit for $21.99. The selection of leather conditioner was sparce for a shoe store. I had a 20% off coupon and a $5 email coupon. The 20% had a ton of exclusions. I looked for plain black shoes but couldn't find anything I liked. My size 7 is always sold out. I found these sparkly blingy sneakers by Betsey Johnson and magically that brand isn't excluded. The heel slipped while walking even with socks so I chose a 6.5. I also saved some money and they were $62. I'll probably wear them in spring/summer and they are so adorable. I usually don't splurge on myself but I've had a terrible couple of months and I deserve it. The store is big and they have a good selection of shoes for kids, men and women.

It seems noone working there cares. I looked high and low for Grinch items. I found one of the shower curtains mixed in with blankets. The towels were toward the front of the store. Even though I called the store and spoke to the manager about my experience she informed me that there still is a code for the bathrooms, if you kind find a staff member in time and don't crap your pants first. I would not recommend this place at all, it is dirty and it is like this store should not exist anymore because leading competitor stores definitely look better and are well kept.

The sales associates seemed nice and…read morehelpful, but had no knowledge about the Groupon deal and told me to call and talk to the manager who is only in "tomorrow from 10-2." I purchased a Groupon thinking I could get some new running shoes. The Groupon said that it was not valid on "sale items" - little did I know that all shoes that aren't this year's model are considered "sale items." Therefore the only way to use the Groupon was to purchase 2015 model shoes. When I asked the sales manager if I was going to eat my $32 that I spent on the Groupon that was supposed to get me $60 worth of footwear if I didn't want to purchase a $130 pair of shoes, he responded with, "Yep." I even emailed the owner of the company explaining my situation, wondering if there was any way to not waste my $32 and I haven't received a response. This was a missed opportunity for them to make a customer for life. Instead, I'm steering clear of this place for any of my running or apparel needs.
