I love it! I'm from Michigan, soon as I got there a worker greeted me. All the cashiers where open and No taxes! Lol What I also love about it was that they had verity of sizes of the same item. read more

Pretty trashy store, lots of disorganization. Right when you walk in there is a security guard. They rope it off so you have to be let in by the guard. There are signs "shoplifting is prosecuted" all over the store. It's like a TJ Maxx but very run down. Not a lot of selection. You really have to look to find anything "good" I did end up finding some underwear there but when I came home to try them on they fit weird. The line to check out was ridiculously long and slow moving which is surprising since there were not a lot of people in the store. I don't think I ever need to come back here again. Surprised it hasn't closed down yet after all these years. read more

I rarely ever shop here. Some Facebook Grinch group had people finding Grinch stuff here. The store is severely disorganized. Nothing is in correct spots and essentially trashed. It seems noone working there cares. I looked high and low for Grinch items. I found one of the shower curtains mixed in with blankets. The towels were toward the front of the store. They also had some slippers and grinch pj's. Only 2 cashiers were working so huge lines. Maybe the one in West St Paul is better? Idk? read more

Burlington - Shower curtains 14.99. Bought both for 2 bathrooms. Also towels - Department Stores Near Me - Apple Valley, Minnesota

This store has really gone down hill, very misleading sign leading where the bathrooms should be stated employees only. When I walked into the store a few days ago there was literally trash on the floor by the shopping carts. It looked as though they never sweep up the store because there was a lot of dirt. there was a lot of children running around unattended, the store just plain stunk. also what the worst thing is when you really need to use the bathroom and you see the sign employees only you would assume that means there are no restrooms for the customers. Even though I called the store and spoke to the manager about my experience she informed me that there still is a code for the bathrooms, if you kind find a staff member in time and don't crap your pants first. I would not recommend this place at all, it is dirty and it is like this store should not exist anymore because leading competitor stores definitely look better and are well kept. read more

While the employees were nice, the Apple Valley, MN store is the epitome of disgusting. It's dirty and disorganized. Honestly, I was shocked to see how far downhill this store had gone. I can't believe that Burlington corporate would allow one of their stores to get this bad. I hadn't been to this store in several years, and am definitely not wasting my time to go back. And the pictures on this site are not even close to what it looks like on the inside. Yuck. read more

Elizabeth is honestly the sweetest person i have met in burlington! She always has a smile on her face and makes a conversation with you. One thing i know is she will remember you and always make you feel welcome. I remember when she was the only one ringing up alone, she had a smile on her face and was moving so fast. This burlington can be messy but Elizabeth makes it all better at the front . I decided to write a review today because when i came in today she remember me and even REMEMBER the things things we would talk about weeks ago and catch up with me. The most sweetest angel on earth. read more

This place is getting better, they are more organizer, clean, more nicer clothes. Good job. read more

Dirtiest store ever. Half stocked and uncomfortable to shop in. Need a manager that knows how to run a store.

I don't come here very often anymore. When I have, I am instantly reminded why I don't come here often anymore! Go figure. Anyways, the place is understaffed, it was always messy when I went. Trying to go down an isle in the home goods section should be an Olympic sport. The last time I went I stood in line for 20 minutes because there was only one check out person available. The other one was helping an off the clock employee make multiple transactions so that she could get maximum bang for her coupons and discounts, then her daughter did the same. Was there really no one else in the store to help checkout? Ridiculous. My husband even managed to make friends with a talkative 3 year old who was getting bored in line too. I really wanted to leave, but I came for a unique item and sacrificed the time. Another time I came in with my sister-in-law looking for a last min. dress for an event the next day. It was 9:15, they close at 10. They closed the fitting rooms so you could not actually try anything on. Um, this is mostly a clothing store is it not? Why in Yoda's name are they not allowing people to try on clothes? We still have a whole 45 minutes left till closing. They also kept lying on the intercom that the store would be closing in 15 min. fools do you think people cant read time or something, its only 9:20. In summary, the place is seemingly ran by people who hate their job. read more

I went there at 6:53 pm tonight to purchase shirts for work there was a backed up line with one person workin... I got home an hour later and realized I was missing a shirt so I called to see if it had been left at a registe. The man who answered sounded extremely confused and put me on hold to check. I was on hold for 31 minutes and 53 seconds! I drive back to the store and I was still on hold and sadly enough that same girl was still working all by herself with a new line backed u. Fortunately she recognized me and called me up to get my shirt. I went back to my call called the store again to speak to a manager who answered right away but was condescending and not helpfu. I told her that was inexcusable to have a customer on hold for that amount of time and her response was "I'm sorry I have four people here and we are doing inventory". I told her never should there be one person working when it's that busy inventory should come second and it's even more inexcusable to have a customer on hold for that amount of time and that it's a huge inconvenience to have to leave and drive all the way back just to get an answer and that I wanted a credit on my account and she said she couldn't do that but would check with her DM as it was too late at night! She also asked me if I got the man's name which he did not state so i would think with four people working it shouldn't be difficult to find that person and correct the issues. I doubt I'll get a call tomorrow or the credit I requested for wasting my time with my own family and the gas to go back! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE MANAGEMENT read more

This used to be my go to place for my winter jackets, the selection was endless pea coats, parkas everything! Now it's a bare bone and the selection is just sad. They no longer carry a variety of brand names now everything looks like it came off a Walmart shopping rack. It was nice shopping at Burlington see ya never! read more

People who dont even work here act like they can just go Nd tell others what to do. Lmao never coming back.

If you have some extreme patience, I am sure you could find some great deals. We went specifically for the Baby Depot section, and while it is a good sized area...it is a huge mess. The second we started looking, we noticed only a small portion of the items had prices on them or the racks. Everything was disheveled and out of place. They had Boppy pillows in three different locations and no price in any of the locations. Made it over to the cribs and furniture, looked in one crib and there was random merchandise from around the store thrown in it. Another crib had random merchandise thrown in and covered up by a baby blanket. None of the cribs had prices and they were all disheveled. The lady working didn't know prices and had to go grab a binder. We were ready to buy a lot of stuff today, they easily lost out on close to $1,000 in sales because they are such a mess! Called to talk to the manager and who ever answered the phone said there wasn't one near by, asked again and suddenly he became a manager. What a complete joke! read more

Whoa- buddy!! Where is the management here? I have visited from time to time and wow what a mess. And to see so much product ripped from the package and so much what looks like stolen product. Processes are definitely not being followed here. I used to work at a Home Depot as management for a few years and this store is lacking true accountability. Which really makes me sad to see beings that there is such awesome deals and cool stuff here you just don't find at regular target and Wal-Mart stores. I don't wanna have to travel far to visit one of these stores because if that becomes the case, I won't visit. Please hire the people needed to keep this store open. Especially since remodeling happened here. Clean out management and hire new ones at decent pay or hire more floor people to declutter isles for better and easier shopping opportunities. Plus when I can see everything I always see something else I can't live without or must add to my ticket. Just love Burlington!! Cashiers could pick up the pace a bit also. One cashier was able to ring up three customers per the other two cashiers one customer. Strengthen your team and you will see greater results in your numbers!! read more
