There are no Nordstrom Rack stores in my area, and I wanted to find something. I found some blonde conditioner. A pet peave of mine is no price tags or stickers. There is some Clinique makeup but no prices. I brought the blonde conditioner to the front. I'm hoping it was under $20. It scanned at $10.99. I owed $1.90 in overage and tax. I use blonde conditioner for my silver hair. They have some type of rewards program, but I live far away from Nordstrom Rack, and I rarely go to Mall of America.

They even some clearance areas which is nice. The only staff I really encountered were the cashiers working in the front.

As I started taking the items out of my bag, I told her I'm sorry this might be confusing, she smiled and assured me she can take care of it. She was so kind and calm and then when she took care of everything she asked "is there anything else I can help you with today?" You could tell she wasn't just programmed to say this she was genuinely asking! She's a keeper, I wish she was here more often when I shop in the store.

This outdoor mall is dying and today was the first I've been very frustrated with them . Not only are there a lot of vacant spots but they need to work on some signage too. I came to pick up some paper at Michaels and decided since my dog was in the car to take him for quick walk around the property. Let him stretch his legs . Had no intentions of going into any store and he's a calm dog so he wasn't going to disturb anywhere . No where on property were there signs saying anything about dogs not being allowed on property . It's an outdoor mall. A security guard stopped me and asked if I was blind . I'm sure he was trying to be nice and I have very little to say about him . He proceeded to tell me he was told to tell me that dogs were not allowed on the property . Wow ... I politely said I wasn't aware and there should be signs then walked my dog back to the car . This is dying location and it's sad to see that but now I really am not tempted to come back and shop here . Who asks if another person is blind ? It can be perceived in several ways. The best way to approach was to ask if my dog was a service animal . Wow....

Oh, and the ice cream place, Maggie Moo's. Objectively, the design of Woodbury Lakes is absurd for wintertime shopping. If it's busy, you usually have to park pretty far away and walk because there is almost never going to be spot on the main "street." I like it a lot in the summer though, because it doesn't have the mall madness atmosphere that you find in indoor malls and the parking lot madness of traditional strip malls. I just park near one end and happily stroll to the other. I'm told they do some crazy things around the holidays too... like, with real reindeer?

Women's lingerie under garments: HUGE drop in quality . Bras have inferior non stretching elastic, most of inventory has manufacturing defects ( must try on), very poor materials. Rate one star. Women's sleep wear: hunt VERY carefully, this was a top dept. rate 3-4 star. Read labels, examine quality of fabrics carefully. Bedding towels: this WAS a 5 star area, now 2-3. VERY high prices, very poor boring selection of prints styles colors. HUGE disappointment. Decorative/ kitchen/ housewares: one of the only areas which is still good. Their prices are good and from shopping there twice already, seems like they often have sales on some of their items. Now my wife really wants to shop there too. They have several locations throughout the cities and their online ordering is a nice option too. Looks like we found a new favorite place to shop.
