Kohls is just Kohls... They haven't really changed over the years. There are lots more places in Woodbury to get your clothes or other items. Prices seem to be better. Store is laid out ok but the quality of their items are not that good. Parking lot is big, it never seems full, even during the holiday season. read more

Returns...DO NOT put clothes back on hangers while customers are waiting for their returns. No other store does this. I have discussed this with your store manager over a year ago. She said, at the time, that she was not aware that this was happening and she guaranteed me that she made a policy change around this. I do not try on clothes at the store...when returning many items, putting every item back on a hanger while waiting for a return is time-consuming for a customer. Seriously get a clue. I use this Kohls a lot for returning Amazon orders and then shopping afterwards. Kohls has a lot of good sport clothes and a lot of the major brands for a little bit less than most other retailers. I seem to notice that there is always a large line to check out, so must be hard to hire staffing as there is only 2 or 3 checkout lanes open at once. read more

Kohl's is just so out dated and very much needs a new fresh look. I came in looking for Disney t-shirts for Disney World which they have a lot of which was nice to see. But the stores look the same since 2001. Kohl's re due your stores and bring some fresh new concepts and I wouuld show up more often. read more

Soooo disappointed. Stopped by Kohl's to drop off my Amazon return around 4:30 pm today...don't do it go to UPS if you can. The customer service line was short but slow. Then it became long while I was waiting because one of the female customer service agents was having difficulty processing a credit application for a customer. Apparently, the online shopping line gets priority over the regular customer service line because the same female CS agent went over to help some who arrived after me and the two people behind me. Finally an announcement was made for additional help at customer service. I was waited on and was returning my Amazon order when the customer next to me asked the male customer service agent how were Amazon returns going. He said he didn't like them because they took too long and the scanner did not always work. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming to Amazon customers and customers in general. Luckily, Gretchen had arrived as back up and handled my return without complaint. Soooo disappointing. read more

The Kohl's store in Woodbury really needs help! I used to shop here all the time and loved the store.....not so much anymore. The aisle are crowded, clothes are disorganized, displays are poorly presented, and generally the whole store looks crowded and thrown together. It really needs a new general manager and a complete facelift. I have gone to Maple Grove Kohl's and Rosedale Kohl's and their stores are much nicer! Come on Woodbury....go get some suggestions from your other stores and upgrade your look and presentation! read more

It's about time I write a review for this location. I work in the area and it's pretty much the most convenient place to shop when it comes to clothing and shoes (especially for my daughter). Lately I have been checking out the ladies department and discovered it's the best place to get levis and some cute sweaters and blouses. If you are a savvy Kohls shopper, you will have a kohls credit card and shop the sales along with kohls cash. Half the time I walk out of there thinking how did I just spend $60 and get 8 garments and some jewelry? For the bargains, it can't be beat. I have never had problems with wait times to check out. BUT the service counter is exceedingly slow if you are doing a store pick up or return. Be prepared to wait no matter what time of day or night. This store would get a solid 5 if their service counter was more efficient. I also wish they had more sizes on hand for athletic shoes. I wear a popular size and I can never seem to find what I'm looking for. Good thing though is you can go over to the online order kiosk, scan the item and order the size you need online, shipped to the store for free. Lots of parking at both entrances to the store (I used to park on the west side but found out it's better to park on the south side with all the registers. read more

I can't believe the terrible welcoming and shopping experience I was talked to in a way I didn't understand the employee was acting like I was going to steal the sweatshirt I bought and she was talking put of line then I went to look for a different things I might want and she said this department is not for you it's for fat and tall people and I respectfully responded how do you know I am not looking for someone else and was list of words and mumbled some ude comments and the first thing I saw and picked up was a size small in the big people section I have never been so uncomfortable shopping a d made to feel like I am that criminal or loser and the funny thing is my whole outfit cost today about 1100 bucks and I am made uneasy in the clearance section I always get certain stuff from kohl's regularly but I am extremely upset and probably going to quit shopping there read more

Ugh, Kohls: I want to like you so much better than I do. I mean, you're got some pretty cute clothes, I often can find the accessories I need, you carry Sketchers, and your pajamas are so comfy. But your prices drive me insane. Nothing is ever the price on the tag, you've constantly got confusing sales going, and I ALWAYS feel ripped off at the cash register because the person in front of me had a WAY better coupon. Also, your sale racks are a hot mess. It might take me hours to wade through them, ain't nobody got time for that. This location is smaller than some, but still has a pretty good selection. The salespeople are friendly enough, the aisles are wide and generally clean. The men's section is very well organized, the women's section is a bit confusing to me. I am ashamed to admit it, but many times I'd rather shop at Target or Walmart when it comes to things like belts, t-shirts, and socks. Kohls just charges too damn much for these basics. read more

Just a quick review on Kohls. I am a big Kohls fan. Mostly because of my thriftiness. I was raised in the 70's and appreciate the good deals. With the return of the 70's economic downturn, I appreciate the deals I have been able to find at Kohls. Like most children of the 70's I pass by all of the full price items to peruse the clearance. I am a very picky shopper and have still found some very good deals and attractive clothing in their very large selection of clearance. Their stock turns over fairly often and the service is consistently good. I personally appreciate not having to return clothing back to the racks, although I do it half the time anyway. They have racks outside the dressing rooms with people putting the clothes back for you. It is just a nice perk and I appreciate that. read more

Very disappointed with Kohl's Woodbury! I was in picking out cookware and saw a display of Circulon 11-pc for 259. Not knowing much about cookware I started to compare with other bands and liked what I saw. So I took the last one off the display and when the very nice cashier rang it up it was 499! I said to the cashier it is marked at 259. She called someone up that was not so nice and she brought me back and showed me the price on the display was 259 and was not on sale. The one that rang up at 499 and was not on sale. I just said ok. She then asked me if I had a Kohl's charge? I said YES. She then said Oh if you had not I could have gotten 25% off if I opened a Kohl's charge but we can't sell it for 259. So I got nothing! I was heading out of the store and noticed the cashier was still waiting for me so I headed over to tell her what happened. I asked her if I could carry the cookware back so her cashier area was not cluttered (because she was very nice) When I was carrying the cookware to return it and was almost back to cookware that not so nice person almost came running shouting Sir Sir I can take that! And pulled it out of my arms. As she turned around and was walking away she said thank you.. She made me feel like I was trying to steel the cookware and I wasn't even close to a doorway! But, this isn't the first time the price has changed from the display to the cashier! Very bad experience and don't think I will be back to Kohl's Woodbury! Thanks! read more

My trip here ended well but I was initially aggravated by the fact that the manager was giving me 10 kohls cash to make up for the fact that they pulled my credit to apply for a card and then was not going to give me 30% off like I was told . I guess select items dont get a discount of 30% when opening a credit card even though thats what I was told by the cashier. Well the cashier didn't know that and neither did I. Instead of honoring that and giving it to me anyway ... I had to convince her to do the Right thing. Instead of $50 off she wanted to give me 10 bucks kohls cash for making me apply for a credit card and walk away without giving me any discount. She did end up making it right in the end and she was polite .. The cashier was very nice...but...that has nothing to do with my credit being pulled and you tryin to soften me with 10 bucks kohls cash lmao. Insulting me as if I dont know the value of what just happened. But I still give it a 3 because she at least made it right. If it had been a snooty uptight person believe they wld have handed her her ass for even suggesting that it was no big deal. read more
