There is some Clinique makeup but no prices. I brought the blonde conditioner to the front. I'm hoping it was under $20. It scanned at $10.99. I owed $1.90 in overage and tax. I use blonde conditioner for my silver hair. They have some type of rewards program, but I live far away from Nordstrom Rack, and I rarely go to Mall of America.

She approached two employees who were deeply engaged in a personal conversation and asked them for help. They clearly heard her but did not acknowledge her and continued talking. She asked a second time and was ignored again. At that point, I decided not to purchase the jeans, despite really liking them. I refuse to support a business--especially given the price point of your products--that shows such disregard for customer service. Perhaps the items are popular enough that some customers overlook the unprofessional and disrespectful atmosphere, but I will not.
