I took the backpack to the store but was told they only issue refunds or exchanges for 30 days. The salesperson agreed it was a defect but told me I would have to contact Fjallraven for a repair. Contacted the company and felt like they treated me as someone who was trying to rip them off. Sent a copy of the receipt and pictures on the defect. They finally agreed to repair it but I'd have to ship it to them and eat the $28 cost. Not what I'd call good customer service. I'll be sticking with REI which stands behind its products.

However, it was a bit overwhelming with so much depth in every area, but "REI" depth - lots of base layers, rows of Gore-Tex jackets, etc. - not a lot of variety in brands and items - seemed a bit stale. I shop a lot at Scheels and Cabela's and they merchandise very well with lots of brands across different price points. Deals…read more I used to absolutely love Under Armour and buy a lot of my stuff from them but they started messing up their shirts making the sizes a lot bigger than they used to be and the material less comfortable than it used to be so now Puma and Adidas have more comfortable material by quite a long way but it's still not nearly as bad as Nike. I think they should get back to their old ways of making really great quality stuff. This is an expensive location in the Mall of America for underarms.. I mean Under Armour... but it's still pretty cool and we love browsing around here. And the employees are really friendly as well. So hard to walk all the way here from the car though! So far!
