DO NOT buy any boots here if you're looking for Quality footwear…read more Amy from this specific store convinced me to buy a pair of Ariats saying that they were durable Boots & would last me a long time. Especially if I purchased leather cream & applied it twice every week. These expensive piece of Garbage literally only lasted me 2 Months. Amy told me that if the sole started falling apart or the leather started coming apart (witch it did after 2 months of use) I could bring them back & get a different pair. I came back to Boot barn to exchange them & the staff there said that, that kind of Damage is from normal wear. Apparently really expensive ($190) Boot Barn boots only last 2 months. Then they expect you to be satisfied with only 2 months of use with this kind of price tag. If I knew that the staff at this location weren't going to honor their word at the end. I would've never spent any kind of money on footwear. I feel seriously ripped off by this store. I most definitely will not be spending any more of my money at Boot Barn in the future. They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off like this. I've worked in Irrigation for 13 years & have gone through a few pairs of Boots. Normally my work boots last me 1 - 2 years before they start showing wear & tear. They seriously tried their best to convince me that, that kind of damage was Normal (how disgraceful!) Hopefully my experience with this place helps someone else NOT get ripped off like I was. If I could give zero stars, I would. NEVER spending at dollar at this store ever again.

I have always wanted a pair of cowboy boots. This was my first time going to a Boot Barn and I had…read moreno idea what to expect. It's a bit expensive. I get the quality and a lot of the boots are made of leather but I personally never spend $200+ on shoes/boots but I do want a pair, so I'll probably be back. They had a great variety. I like the jewelry and accessories they had as well. Again a bit expensive but very cute. The staff was nice & checked if we needed help multiple times. Store was pretty clean & organized outside of the clearance racks.

First time to MOA. I was very pleased. It was easy to take the train from the airport to here…read more It was nice to easily be able to store luggage in lockers prior to coming into the mall. The MOA was clean, well maintained and orderly. Plenty of signage and kiosks and info desks to guide you. We felt safe the whole to time. There is an amazing amount of stores to browse. Multiple stores of everything you want. Large walking corridors so it didn't feel overly crowded. Lots of fun attractions to admire as you walk. We found plenty of food options as well. The MOA is very attractive. Lots of lighting and decorative touches to make you feel welcome. Usually you can find a bench to sit on if you need a break. Overall good experience!

I'm not big on malls, but this is one of those things I guess you have to try at least once. It's…read moreevery mall you've ever been to mashed into one gargantuan building with all of humanity stuffed inside. More space for more stores, more food options, more parking lots and garages, and a miniature amusement park in the middle. My son and I are from NJ and he insisted on coming here during our roadtrip across America. He's not a big shopper but loved the amusement park of course. I went on one of the rides with him and he went on a few more on his own. The wait for the rides was pretty long. The whole thing is quite an impressive display of American consumerism and just plain over-the-top, go-big-or-go-home insanity. It's fine for a few hours, but after a while it can become sensory overload, and I'm happy to cross it off my bucket list and move on with the roadtrip.

Mall of America® - I'm looking at this coming from IKEA, realize it's the Upper Midwest, and see an MOA venue named "Flyover." Anyone else find this humorous?
