The employees act as though you're in the way when they're working, instead of putting the customer first. While my daughter and I were looking for a dress, this one girl who was working kept getting in our way so she could put things away, and looking annoyed that we were there, instead of letting us shop. Like, get out of the way, we're trying to spend money in your store...you should be happy we are there!! She acted like we were inconveniencing her. Then when we asked about a different size, she again acted like we were rude for even asking her and snapped, "Whatever is out on the floor is what we have!!" and sort of shoved past us with an angry/annoyed look on her face. It was probably the rudest customer service I've seen in years. She should not be working in customer service. Talk to your employees about customer service or fire this girl. She's not right for this job. While my daughter and I like this store for the quality of product and affordability, we will not be physically shopping in this store anymore. If we want something from here, we will look online or just shop elsewhere.

This is inside the spectacular and enormous Mall of America, and this is for big girls and tall girls, and this kind of store is very useful but it's also kind of expensive. Every shop should probably have this section and a pretty big one especially considering the growth hormones they've been feeding us and the kind of food that they feed us which makes us obese and inhumanly tall. In many cases. And people up in Mini Apples and Mini Soda are extremely tall because of the Scandinavian roots and the Viking Blood. So it makes even more sense for this to be here. Anyway it's definitely a very appropriately positioned store here in Minneapolis and it was quiet when we went in here but I can imagine that they should do pretty well for themselves and I'm glad they're here.

I've noticed a lot of people like this store and it usually has plenty of people inside it, but I wouldn't come to the mall just to come here by any means because it's such a massive job trying to park at this place and then get into the place and what not. Still, a very popular and interesting store. Should score 3, but they're too friendly and nice and they spend too much time on their amazing layout, so I don't have the heart to go under 4. They have fitting rooms. My cousin waited in line just to ask if she could use the fitting room to try on a pair of pants (she doesn't live in MN so if they don't fit there's no way for her to return them), she was told the fitting rooms were closed. It was a Saturday afternoon. That was a bit disappointing at a store like this. Kind of similar to Rainbow & Charlotte Russe.
