I went in to return an item through UPS. Then I got a $10 coupon if I spent $25 or more. When trying to use the coupon, I was $.52 short of $25. No matter what I picked up whether it was clearance near the cashier aisle Claire's any of their stuff it wouldn't take it for the $.52. This is bogus you give a people should be able to use it and not fucking run around for 1520 minutes to find out that your coupon still isn't any good? I was very pissed off. read more

Today I had to Self Pick Up for someone. I have Chronic Fatigue so I was dreading walking to the back of the store, then potentially having to wait in line. About half way through the store you pass the shoe section. There were small benches so I was able to sit for a bit before I got to the back. Where I reached the Self Pick Up area; it's just a bunch of numbered slots. So it was quite easy and thankfully I didn't have to wait in line. On my way out I was able to stop in the shoe department again to rest. Thank you Kohls for having benches for people to comfortably try on shoes. read more

Been to this Kohls Rosedale department store recently and I will never go back due to the rude behaviour of the Staff member named VAISH - who I believe needs to be re-trained how to work with the customers. We did have Kohls cash and some discount coupon and being the members of Kohls and we were informed that unless we use the Kohls credit card we cannot use the Kohl's cash nor use the discount and when informed that I am NOT carrying the Credit card, I was made to show my ID and enter my SSN number to pick 1 shirt! Seriously!! I have shopped in other Kohl's stores from so many years and never was asked my ID or had to enter my SSN number. This is just ridiculous with the experience and on top of it - the sales team member being so rude! Please take action on! read more

*The store's website lists different hours than what is posted on the doors of the actual store. That's crap. *Walked around in circles for quite a while trying to find women's tights. There weren't any employees floating around to help, as usual. Finally found them, only to find a pathetic selection that was only about 1/5 stocked. I am an average size woman, and I couldn't find even ONE pair of regular opaque black tights. *I found ONE random pair of too-small fleece lined tights for the ridiculous price of $20 I was going to try on to see if I could squeeze into, but as I removed them from the package, it was quickly apparent that they had snags all over them. If I hadn't attempted to try them on before buying, I would have had a surprise wardrobe malfunction for my new job tomorrow morning. Ugh. Thank goodness I anticipated this and ordered a random pair to be delivered by Amazon by 8 AM. I could have gone to Target or Walmart, but was so tired over the stress of suddenly having a new job that requires professional attire that I went home to go to bed instead. *Every time I go into a Kohl's, I hate that store even more than I did the last time I was there. Hopefully that will be my last visit in my entire lifetime. read more

Love kohls. Always find great deals there. Super helpful and organized. One of the few places I still shop at.

I placed an order today for 3 items wanting to ship to my home. I placed the order and then saw that 1 item was only available to pick up at Roseville. I called the Roseville store and was so fortunate to talk to Steve in customer service who was able to cancel my order as that store is over 75 miles from my home. Steve was very pleasant and accommodating. The best customer service I have encountered in a long time. Thanks Steve.... keep up the good work. read more

A dump. Shelving units in multiple areas literally falling apart. Nike clothing LOCKED up with a bike chain locked to rack. No employees to help. No price checking machines working. Products laying on floors all over. Changing rooms covered with so many dust balls that you will walk out with a runny nose and itchy eyes. Its like a deserted store from a ghost town, but worse. read more

No more curbside. Online order pick up was changed to self-pick up, which is unattended at the very back of the store. It would have been faster for me to go in and buy the item. Nothing prevents theft of your item either - there is no verification or staff to talk to. This is just theft waiting to happen. read more

With all other suburban retail in Roseville, an absolute understaffed piece of of crap. They actually lock higher ticket items off. With employees like these, I would too. Ordering online is a joke. read more

Kohl's is not a bad place to go if you are in need of inexpensive clothing. I find their shoes to be overpriced most of the time (but not always!). This location specifically seems to have a lot of trouble with staffing. I've always had a lot of trouble finding help when I need it, although the cash registers are usually staffed pretty well. Expect to wait in line for a few minutes, but that's not terrible. The location is very nice and has a shared parking lot with many other stores in this complex. The parking lot has a poorly designed entrance (unfortunately, right near Kohl's) and can be dangerous. I have almost been hit there several times by people who weren't paying attention to what they were doing, or the uniqueness of the driving space. In recent years, this location of Kohl's has been very clean and organized. I am glad to see that they have gotten better with upkeep of the store and the merchandise! (2+ years ago it was quite disorganized and not kept up well.) Keep up the good work, and I will gladly keep coming in! read more

Recommend to all not to use the return center for Amazon. I came there with multiple returns. There were problems with the Amazon codes caused by the employees inability and lack of training. Another employee came to try to fix the problem but couldn't. She then told me she would fix things and kept my package. Of course this was a lie. Amazon never received the package and my refund was denied. An honest employee would have returned my package and admitted due to their error it could not be returned at that time. I admit I should have seen through her lie and demanded my package back. I wasn't expecting to be robbed but now i know better. Kohl's allows thieves and liars to work for them. read more

It's a Kohls.... this happens to be my location of choice for inexpensive tops and work pants. When I'm not looking for anything too flashy, I pop in here. Everything always seems like it's on sale. The cashiers are pretty much always friendly. The last time I was in, the gal that helped me told me I was so close to qualifying for the cash back reward that she was just going to give it to me. How nice of her. I enjoy their options around the holidays with their Wii games, board games, gadgets etc...for the kids presents. Really like this location and the staff. read more

Love that the staff are all wearing Masks and some with gloves. I have seen the employees sanitizing and wiping surface areas. But I have also noticed a few times now quests and shoppers not wearing masks or even having one. My family and I find this disappointing as there is a mask mandate to protect everyone. I really like shopping at Kohl's but not very comfortable there. read more

So, here's the thing: I like Kohl's as a whole. I like their clothes, and their selection of nail polishes (I may have a nail polish problem) and I love that you get $10 in Kohl's cash for every $50 you spend there. I also am a fan of their skincare line, American Beauty. But. This location. No. Just no. If you live in the Twin Cities, you may think nothing could top Midway Walmart in terms of sheer disorganization, messiness and employee apathy level. You would be wrong. This Kohl's takes the cake. Their beauty/makeup section is absolutely appalling. I wouldn't stand too near the samples for risk of contracting a staph infection. It looks like no one has cleaned, organized or restocked it in years, and that is not hyperbole. The staff are also hit or miss. There seems to be a lot of turnover (I mean, understandably) but when I come into this Kohl's for e.g. my favorite brand of face cream or something (which they offer at a very good price) I am consistently greeted with empty shelves and clueless employees who openly tell me that they don't even (for example) know where to look for extra stock in the back. Weird stuff. Not a great location, is what I'm saying. Gonna switch to a different Kohl's. I have a feeling it'll be worth a longer drive. read more

I really like this Kohl's location. It is just a little different compared to the other ones I have been in and for some reason I can find a ton more clothing in this one that appeals to me. yes they all carry the same stuff but this one tends to have more of my style and size. Kohl's is notorious for having clearance and sale items. I love that. I have purchased everything from jewelry, clothing, small appliances, home decor, and linens and curtains at Kohl's. Decent products at decent prices.... read more

Maybe I'm just spoiled by the awesome kohl's in my area but this one was terrible. I hated this Kohl's as a kid and it seems to not have changed much. First of all, this place was next to empty and no good deals in sight. What really put me over the edge was a tall bald employee being extremely rude to my mom. WTF? I'm the only one who can be rude to that woman. read more

Love this Kohl's, the Manager was very helpful as so is the staff! The manager went out his way to help me get my gift card back since my son's gift card was stolen along with my wallet at Wells Fargo. With a receipt that was difficult to track the number of my gift card the manager still took his time to work on it and get me a new gift card. Thank you so much Kohl's for your service and great selection of clothing! read more

I effing LOVE Kohls. You seriously can't go wrong with what I call their "forever and a day sale." I call it that because no matter when you go in damn near everything in the store is on sale (unless it is seasonal clothing, then you are sorry to say SOL). Well today my partner and I went in to find a new bedspread as the one that we had from IKEA was unfortunately starting to wear... badly. I suppose it doesn't help that my kitty likes to sprawl out and 'knead' the mattress... But I digress, we found the PERFECT bedspread to match the new bed that we have now, for under $200 which is a steal in my opinion, plus we can put the old sheets on the bed in the guest room ;-) While we were there we checked out the other housewares and I ended up getting some plug in oil diffusers to combat the smell of four people and one cat in one house, and I must say they are already doing the trick! All in all it was a very worthwhile experience and I am very pleased with this location! It's SO much better than the Kohls on Lexington in Blaine... sheesh they might as well put everything in a bin because the older women of the north burbs have it so picked over you can never find what you are looking for... I saved $230 today with a coupon for 20% off the entire purchase and the bedspread itself was half off... God I am so pleased with myself right now :-) read more

I purchased a beautiful Casio Stainless Steel Water Proof watch and took it into Kohls in Roseville about 4 months ago tohave the battery replaced! An older, very impatient woman waited on me, and while replacing the battery dropped the plastic ring(seal) which maintains it's ability to stay waterproof. She stated, "I don't know about any ring, all I do is replace batteries, so here is your watch, if you don't like it take it up with the store!". I stated, " It is right there on thee floor, please put it back in, or it will be ruined!" She replied, "I don't see anything, and I put your battery in, and I am through with you, so if you don't lie it, take it up with the store". She walked away! Well, I was very, very hurt as I kept my watch in perfect working order, and took good care of it, but I did not want to make a fuss over it to the store, hoping for the best! I di not shower or swim with it again, until a few days ago, when I took a dip in the water, as it was so hot, and when I came up I saw my watch was all fogged up and no longer working! I felt pretty bad, but it was my fault! I took it back to Kohls and described the situation to a clerk at the counter where they sell watches! His name was "ROBERT" something! He was just genuine, and very professional, but so very empathetic! There was a younger woman as well, who was also very kind! "ROBERT" DESERVES A 12 , if you were to mark him on a scale of 1-10!! He said take a look at all the watches in the brand I purchased originally, and see if you like one! I liked this one which was set by "world time", and as "solar energy" and "300 feet water resistant"..............but I looked at the price tag which was between $150-200.00! He said do you like it, and of course I did, and "ROBERT" just said, "It's yours...............NO COST!!!" I was amazed and happy and so very thankful! IF KOHLS SEES THIS SIGHT THIS GENTLEMAN DESERVES A LETTER OF THANKS FOR HIS TREMENDOUS SEVICE AND COURTEOUS,UNSELFISH AND SERVING RESPONSE TO MYSELF AS AN INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER! read more

I went into Kohl's to exchange something today for a different size. Prior to doing so, I called in to make sure that was in stock. The employee set aside both versions of it in the size that I requested. read more

This review is not for Kohl's, per se. This review is about an employee that works at this particular establishment. His name is Richard. PRAISE RICHARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The story goes as this: I went along on a epic journey of adventure with my friend Matt. Matt was on a mission to get a very specific style and color of socks as well as some new boxers. Matt dove into the men's intimates first, as they were closest. Boxers have gotten a little spendy since he had bought them last, so Matt became somewhat discouraged realizing that this trip was not going to be as cheap as he had first thought. He was able to choose a couple styles of moderately priced Jockeys that also happened to be 30% off, somewhat of a compromise with the price. Then Matt moved on to the sock wall. . . Much to his dismay, they only had one package of the desired style of socks that he so desperately sought. (His plan was to purchase one style/color of socks so that he'll never have to waste time digging through his sock drawer to find a matching pair. For the nosey-nosertons, his choice of sock is a taupe tube sock.) Matt and I cried a little in frustration and disappointment and then we decided to go ask an employee for help. Matt approached a middle aged man that was cleaning up some shoe boxes that had been left out by a customer. This man's name is Richard. Matt showed Richard the style of sock that he was seeking and Richard went to the back stock storage area to see what he could find. It seemed grim and the minutes ticked away as we waited for Richard to return. When Richard finally appeared, seemingly bursting through a glorious cloud which radiated magic and sunshine that came forth from the swinging doors that lead to the back room, Richard had in his hand 4 more packages of the socks that Matt needed so badly. Matt profusely thanked Richard for making his day and for making the trade to all-taupe tube socks possible. Richard seemed awkward and unsure what to do about all the appreciation and praise that he was receiving, but he said "you're welcome", nonetheless, before scurrying off to make someone else's day in the department store known as Kohl's. So if you are looking for superior customer service, than look no further! Richard is the man!!! He is the maker of dreams and the thief of consumer hearts!! Praise Richard!!!!!!!! read more

I won't go back to this location. There were police cars parked outside when I got there the other day. The store was a mess, with heaps of clothes from fitting rooms everywhere! I didn't see any employees on the floor so I used one of their paging systems and no one came to assist after multiple calls. I hesitantly bought one item and had to wait for employees to stop chit-chatting with each other at their registers before they would help me. I have often found food trash laying around on display shelves. Gross. read more

Hard to maneuver between racks and aisles they have over merchandised their store. Their policy was 4 ft between racks now it's barely two. Impossible to get their own strollers through. Unsafe conditions if you ask me. The store has gone downhill without a regular store manager. They are constantly borrowing store managers from other stores. Also, they advertise their store as being open at 8, when it's not open until 9 am. read more

I entered the store and shopped for a bit when going to pay for items the manager Mitch was in a lane helping a customer, when he finished he sent me to a lane five registers down rather than helping me. I would have been fine with that if he had something better to do, but I am disabled and walking with help and medical equipment attached to my chest. Mitch chose to go stand and watch everyone and chit chat with employees rather than take the five minutes to ring up a waiting customer. I used to work in retail and it was always expected that the customer comes first, apparently, Mitch feels he is too good to help the customer and in doing so I will chose to shop somewhere else. read more

I had the pleasure to work with Emily at the Kohl's in Roseville. I went into the store a week before X-mas and it was very crazy even though it was later in the evening. Emily had come over to help me even though she was working in another department (her arms filled with returns, boxes, etc). She immediately put everything down to help me find a very specific pair of pants in two sizes that are harder to find. She walked around the entire sales floor with me looking at different options. When we weren't able to find what we were looking for on the sales floor she went and looked up multiple options online. Unfortunately, the color of pant I was looking for was sold out. However, Emily didn't stop there! She continued looking at different options for me that was the closest color we could find. All in all, she spent over 40 minutes with me helping me in anyway she could. She was so helpful and kind and I didn't feel rushed even though she was clearly busy. Thanks so much for all your help!! read more
