I met with Alissa, the owner. She was absolutely fabulous and caring. Didn't make me feel ashamed at all when I took my hat off. Genuinely caring and honest. She made sure to listen to what I wanted and found things that would fit my budget and style. I also had my one year old daughter who had to come with me, which was not ideal but Alissa made everything better, by helping to entertain her and was understanding even when baby was touching everything. :) I will definitely be back to purchase another wig and recommend this for anyone who is suffering from any type of hair loss or even looking for something fun and a change! Wow! I can't believe nobody's yelped Lucy?!?…read more Lucy is like Lululemon's much cooler, classier, prettier, and dignified big sister. She's the store that Lulu wishes it could be if it actually had some, I don't know? Customer service skills and class? This Lucy store is very well organized. I've never seen the clothes out of order or in disarray when I have visited. Also, the sales rack is always in great shape too. The ladies who work here are very nice and courteous. They ask if they can help you, but aren't all up in your face trying to sell you leggings or watching you as if you are going to steal their merch. The ladies are all ages too- young and old. I, personally, like the diversity in age. I've bought a few things in this store like a pair of leggings and a headband. It isn't as well stocked as its Edina counterpart and isn't as big, but it is still very nice place to shop for Lucy.

Unfortunately, it wasn't that great of a time. :( All beads and supplies are behind the counter. It's awkward just standing there waiting for help. When I was finally helped by the woman working.. The employees also seemed like they were bickering and it was uncomfortable to just stand there. It's not worth visiting in person.. I think just stick to ordering online if you can.
