I was Christmas shopping and just…read morehappened to notice all of the interesting jewelry and vintage clothes they had on display in the windows. I noticed that they had foldable handbag hooks, which are all the rage, on the net. I asked the owner about them and he said that they really do work! He took one out of the package and showed me, and I was amazed! They really do work! So I had to buy one for myself, of course, and one as a Christmas present for a friend. The selection of scarves, purses, shoes and jewelry... oh my! Gorgeous! Not to mention they also had dresses, shirts, skirts... I can't remember everything now. If you are looking for them, they are on the upper level of Rosedale Mall, just outside of JC Penney. I know... A vintage shop in a mall? Outside of JC Penney? Unheard of, right? But it's true! So cute. And such a good selection too!

They've gone off the boil a bit lately and they're not as popular as they used to be but some people still swear by them. They are expensive and I can't really tell you if they're friendly or not cuz the damn place was actually really busy on the day that I was here so nobody actually talked to either me or Barbie for the 5 or 7 is that we were in here but I will tell you that Barbie never finds anything she really loves in these stores and they're just a little bit too classy and trendy for her. She likes sexy scandalous stuff instead. I meant classy in a bad way not a good way. Classy as in boring and conservative. Lol.

I have been coming to this branch of WHBM for over a decade now. I absolutely love the brand and…read moreits selection. However, what makes this branch better is people like Melissa. She is spot on, knows my style like she's my own personal stylist. She can find sizes that I can't find in store or online. 1. Great service in store In short, what makes a store special is the service. No matter how awesome the cut and design may be, if I have a horrible experience in store, I tend to not return, what's the point right? 2. Cool colors The brand itself mostly focuses on black and white clothing as the name clearly suggests, and seasonally they choose one color and make clothing items in that featured color. 3. Women's only It is women's only clothing store and geared towards business professional women. You will find some jeans and T-shirts, but their style is not really laid back, and that is what I like about the brand. Their dresses and skirts almost always have POCKETS. That is a big deal for me. In other brands, you won't find pockets. Another thing about pockets is it is big enough my iphone plus sized phones fit just fine without looking bulky and weird. Their midi skirts and high heels are my favorites. I literally have every single one ever sold. And yes, almost half my closet is from this brand. Their tights are the best, very sturdy and warm for women in cold weather to look stylish yet warm. Highly recommend the store.

I walked around each section and not one beauty consultant introduced themselves, offered help, or services. I finally arrived at Clinique, which I was interested in. Christine working at Clinique was the first person to acknowledge me throughout the entire beauty floor. Every other worker was on their phone or in private conversation with eachother. Christine greeted me, asked how she could help. After hearing what I was looking for she offered a product demonstration and helped me find the match for my skin tone. She did a great job of applying the products, explaining as she went. She took my 0 star experience up to a 4star. I'd give 5 if based solely on her. I personally would not make the trip to purchase my items from this beauty floor but I would consider coming back to purchase from Christine with Clinique.

Today, though, I came looking for something specific, and it was right there hanging in the window waiting for me! I went in, found my size, and at first I wasn't too excited about the price. But then I met the sweetest, most intentional sales associate, Nilly. She was SO helpful. I tried the outfit on, it fit perfectly, and by the time I got to the register the price had dropped tremendously! Today is definitely a GREAT day to shop at Ann Taylor with all the amazing sales going on. But what really made my experience special was Nilly. After I paid, she asked if I had more shopping to do in the mall. I said yes, and she said, "Leave this with me and I'll steam it for you." Now THAT is customer service! Ann Taylor, please do something special for Nilly. She made me one very happy customer today.
