Horrible experience, I helped myself all around the store, nobody offered to help me at the fittings rooms or gave me direction around the store. I bought a suit and ended up finding another deal at the mall so I got to Zara 10 minutes before closing, all I wanted was to return my suit and keep the rest of the items the manager closed the door and told me she's not going to open the doors even thought I explained I won't have anytime the following day to come back and I'll be going out of town. She just laughed and said no read more

Zara - Unreturned item Zara didn't take back after buying it 20 minutes before - Men's Clothing Near Me - Bloomington, Minnesota

My husband and I decided to check out Zara, and at first glance, it seemed like women's items were downstairs and men's upstairs. Not finding anything of interest downstairs, I waited outside. After about 45 minutes, I went upstairs to look for my husband and discovered there was actually women's clothing there too. I found a pair of jeans I liked on a rack marked $35. However, at checkout, they scanned at $69. The cashier, a young man, was polite but said he needed a manager to adjust the price. The manager, a tall woman, came over but wasn't friendly at all. She didn't greet me or speak much. After I showed her a photo I took of the rack to prove the price discrepancy, she agreed to sell the jeans for $35 but made it clear that if I needed a different size, I'd have to pay full price. She didn't seem to acknowledge the store's mistake at all. So, I ended up with my $35 jeans, but the experience left a bitter taste due to the manager's attitude. Thanks for the discount, but a little courtesy would have been appreciated! read more

I always partial to Zara. Only because this brand is the only sanctioned knock off designer. I mean,, i guess they can since it's Zara right? So!! The shop... Its pretty well put together. Very well lit. Definitely easy on the eyes, specially when browsing for items that jumps out at me. I didnt really fancy anything so i bought a cologne instead. My shopping experience was wonderful. 4 stars. Thank you so much for reading my review. I hope this helps with your decision making experience. Enjoy your awesome yelptastic day!! read more

Cute clothes for a great price but long lines for women's try ons and long lines to check out. I went upstairs to ask if I could try on in the men's section and got an very grouchy man telling me I needed to go downstairs. I just dropped my armful of clothes and left. No need to support such a sad experience. read more

One of my current favorite place to shop for new clothes Pros: - great variety - some of the things here are good quality (not everything) - store is played out well and is kept relatively clean Cons: - the line here to buy things is insane, I've sat in line here 40 minutes because of their failure of a checkout system. - needs manager for so many returns - SO MANY people are returning things here. It's actually crazy. - the cashiers here just move slowly, all of them. - they have a checkout on both levels but the top one is always closed read more

What a garbage experience. LOVE the clothes but the lines are out the door, staff are sitting around not doing anything the store looks a mess. Hey Zara your clothes are cheap but someone's shopping experience shouldn't be. 3 stars for the cool clothes only. read more

if I could choose, I would say zero stars!! Worst customer experience of my life. Do not waste your time, money or energy at the store. The quality of the clothes are terrible and they deny returns even when return timely without wear. It's a scam I see it all over the Internet that it's too expensive for them to process return so they deny your returns and they won't take your calls and you have nowhere to write or call read more

This store is like H&M's evil twin LOL. They know their target demographic and they serve them well. I personally don't enjoy their clothing, but I do enjoy how much they know about their target demographic. I personally feel like the clothing isn't worth the price. They not only serve woman but men and children too. Staff weren't attentive or welcoming. Most weren't doing anything but patrolling the floor. Not sure if they have a theft problem, they sure didn't put customer service as a focus (at least that day) I spent a fair amount of time in this store to observe their routines. Staff would talk more amongst themselves than the customers. I believe Zara would sell a lot more due to staff walking customers through the culture of Zara, but if you're fish out of water, you have no idea what Zara has to offer without some type of research. I won't be back not because it was a horrible experience but because it isn't my thing. read more

Horrible service, a clothing store with a closed fitting room? Long lines, one cashier.

Horrendous, longest line I've see in a store for a while. I understand saving $ in labor but this is a little too much!

Their fitting rooms are never open. Every day I came to this store they said they're short staffed and fitting rooms are closed. Like what the crap. I had a handful of items wanted to try on but once I came around to the fitting rooms and saw it closed I just dropped the clothes on one of the tables. You guys are losing out on money! read more

The rudest staff. Grunt answers, bump into customers. Only people to whom they apparently speak is co-workers (and it's to complain from what I could hear, which was east bc they weren't being discreet). Second and last visit today. Dressing room closed bc *mumbled answer* Turns out it was closed the first hour the store was open to remove clothing left by last night's patrons. Given the strict return policy, this was very inconvenient. Hello, please, and thank you are not allowed. Great clothes, though. Guess I'll buy online. read more

The worst location, rude costumer service , lazy manager . Fitting rooms always closed. Second floor for MAN section closes at 6:30 (store should work till 7:00 PM) read more

Wow. I love this clothing company but definitely not this location. The store was a mess. Clothes on top of clothes on tables, unorganized racks. No wonder people prefer to shop online. That is not the main reason why I am so frustrated at this location, it's absolutely their awful customer service. There is never a time where I have been greeted. I always have to find someone to ring me up because they're too busy talking amongst themselves (and I've constantly seen many other customers do the same thing). How long must I stand in line where there is one cashier ringing, more than 5 people in line and multiple workers walk by without jumping on to ring? Ridiculous. Pay attention to your customers! read more

Terrible service. We get it Zara likes to have only one register open to look like they are busy while all the other staff are wondering around being mad that Zara doesn't pay them. Zara open more registers!! read more

I am a fan of this store in general and found this location during our visit last month to be well stocked and the cashiers were quite willing to search other stores for the items you could not locate in your size. The floor staff member we encountered was a bit funny in that it seemed she was hiding out hoping no one asked her for help. When we did, she offered non-answers which definitely led us to seek it out elsewhere. If shopping in the area again next year as planned, I will definitely stop back in for a look. We all left with a few pieces that did not break the bank. read more

Once again, about 1/4 of the product was on the floor and the racks were half empty. What a total mess. I normally enjoy this store in other cities. The customer service reps are not very friendly. This location in MOA is better organized than others that I've been to. The had a decent selection, but not as well stocked as others. I was looking for a jacket and they really didn't have anything in my size. read more

Worst experience ever specially during this pandemic. The line was almost next to the entrance and they on have one person on the register. Customers are crowded in line. read more

The employees hate their lives here, hate what they do. You can approach them politely with a smile and they come off as they are annoyed. Multiple of them. I never write reviews, but the customer service is so poor I had to download this app and post about it. read more

Worst Zara I've ever been too. More of a dumping ground for clothes than a store. Clothes piled everywhere, messy racks all over the place and dressing rooms are always closed. I would never go back read more

Worst customer service ever. Did not end up purchasing any items. The manager was yelling at people and was acting disgusting. Did not have a name tag so I could not get her name. They also had dirty clothes hanging on their racks that they were trying to sell and it was just a mess. Stay away from this location if possible. Shop online. read more

Regardless of being short staffed, Zara employees were rude and dismissive. When asked about trying any items on, I was told you have 30 days to return or exchange, but you can't try on and that's just how it is! And completely walked away from me as if I didn't exist. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I didn't encounter one single employee who was kind or polite my entire time shopping here. read more

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The workers are lazy, fighting with each other about who should be on break while there was a line of people ready to check out and of absolutely no help trying to return an item. Do not ever go here. Zero stars read more

Bad customer service. Bad organized stored. Fitting rooms 90% of the time closed. And up to an hour of wait time in line to get rung out.

Not impressed with the staff as I got the look like you won't look into that when asking about a size, which was for my fellow shopper. And fyi they cannot touch there window display when they are sold out. But at least they leave you alone when shopping. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Zara really should hire employees that can help sell their clothing and provide actual service to customers. The staff all walk around annoyed with customers and treat those shopping there as if they are better than them an attitude no one in retail should ever have. I came in today while being rung up the guy helping me seemed annoyed he had to ring me up when their card reader wasn't taking my pin instead of politely assisting he treated me like I couldn't possibly afford to shop there meanwhile the entire time he was ringing me up he was having a personal non work related conversation with another gal that worked there. I'm a store manager in retail I know what is appropriate and what is good service the staff here clearly could careless about performing well. I'll stick to shopping online from now on. read more

Great Clothes, terrible service. They don't really care about their customers here at zara. Today I wanted to buy a vest that was on a sale rack (not just one, ALL of them were on the sale rack). I went to stand in line for 15 minutes because they only had one register going, and when i asked about the sale the cashier was nice enough to call her manager to fix it, but when he showed up he made some half-assed excuses and forced me to pay full price. I would have been satisfied with even a simple apology and offer to help me find something else, but he just kind of ignored me and walked away. I work in retail myself, so i understand that employees make mistakes better than most people, but this level of customer service is unacceptable. I'm really upset with the way i was treated and don't recommend going to Zara. I love the clothes but I'd prefer to be treated well as a customer. read more

Love the clothes however I will stick to purchasing them online since the staff at the MOA Zara are incapable of doing their jobs. When you have 8 people in line and one cashier helping a customer, isn't that a cue for the manager or another employee to sign on to another cash wrap and run everyone else's transactions so your customers aren't wasting 20 minutes waiting? I mean there are like 5 registers for the employees to work on right or is it there just for show? I know you don't just assign one person to the cash wrap and have them handle every transaction, which means that someone seriously needs to learn how to delegate correctly here because no one was being helpful at all. The staff seems awfully snooty too for god knows what reason (it's just zara you can calm the f%^$% down) but I really don't care about that because you could be rude all you want, just at least be quick and efficient! read more

This is undoubtedly the worst Zara location I have been to. 4 employees walking around looking at clothes, not even putting them away just scanning them, with 1 employee working the register. 3 different registers across two floors and you have 1 register open total. There are currently 22 people in line. Abysmal. The store isn't even messy either why are employees just wandering around adjusting stuff, put someone at the register. It should not take 45 minutes to check out read more

I had by far the most awful clothes shopping experience I have ever had at the Zara store in the Mall of America today! That place is a disaster! I'm not sure if she was a manager or an employee but we had a staff yell at us and threaten to call mall security because we went off to the side of the store to try pants on over leggings my daughter had on because there were no fitting rooms open to try clothes on due to lack of staffing! This women was by far the rudest employee I have encountered and that store needs some real mgmt and organization! read more

Wow. I'll put it as simply as possible so that the morons that manage the store have somewhat of a chance at understanding my feedback. This is the most disgusting, disorganized store in the whole mall of America. I would rather be skinned alive than try to shop at this train wreck of a store. The whole store looks like the clearance rack at the shittiest kohl's you could ever imagine. As hard as I've tried to imagine it, I can't think of the scenario where the manager looked at the store and said to himself and his team "we've done it". I'd be better off going dumpster diving in northwestern Iowa than attempting to navigate this shit show of a store. Insane they have the nerve to charge more than H&M across the hall which is actually nice and organized. If the managers can even decipher this review, I want you to know you've managed to create the worst shopping experience by a landslide, and whoever has to be forced to walk through this store with their girlfriend is gonna be equally disgusted. If I could leave a -1,000,000 star review I absolutely would. read more

If there is a 0 I would give this S.H a 0 or negative . The staff are extremely rude. The Manager doesn't coach. Pricing is all over the place and when we ask them to verified. They act like they are doing u a huge favor. One time i went to the big room because all the other room was dirty and there were no fit attendant. The white male associate come in kick me out and tell me if my legs was broken then I can go in here . .. maybe if they clean out their fit and actually work in the fitting room then I wouldn't go in the bigger fit. They are racist and rude. I am boycotting this place and none of my friend will ever again shop at this location!!!!!!!! read more

Love Zara, but if you are going to shop there, do it online. Lines are enormous with one person at the cashier. The customer service is one of the worst of all time.
