Rob and Frank were great! Showed up on time and was alert and active in trying to resolve my…read moreelectrical problem. Also appreciated that they had gloves for their shoes!! It had rained earlier in the am! :) Had an issue with the garage opener and light and the dining room lights. B/c my home is an older home (60's).. electrical issues may or may not need some updates. Rob was very frank and honest! And that's what you need and want with service. They both checked out the electrical unit and its lines and advised that there's a few more years for usage before the need to replace it. B/c as you all know, replacing anything can become costly! So I truly appreciate their honesty and not sales talking me to change/update my electric. There weren't any severe issues found. Rob truly tries to diagnose the problem and then comes up with strategies to resolve the issue. If one strategy doesn't work, he has a back up strategy/path! That I truly appreciate! Dining room lights are still flickering, but we are working on the resolution. Pricing is reasonable too! Thank you! :) Would definitely recommend him and his team's services!!! He can also do electrical projects -- i.e. VAN LIFE & TINY HOMES! lol He hasn't worked on a project like that yet, (b/c I asked!!! as I'm looking into it), but he is eager to hop on a such a project! So check them out!!! :)

Two days later, it stopped working again. We called him back, he came the next weekend and fixed it again, but couldn't tell us why it happened again, or how to permanently fix the issue. A few days later, it stopped working once more. So we called him again, he came a third time. Again he couldn't tell us why the microwave we've used without issue for almost 3 years was suddenly malfunctioning, and why his fix was not permanent. It's been extremely inconvenient to have to keep rearranging our schedules to work around his, because he 1) refuses to come in the morning, and 2) shows not one ounce of remorse about the fact that he's not doing a good job. If you have to do something three times over, then maybe try something new: consult a colleague, refund the fee. At the very least, admit fault, apologize and work with the customers to find a convenient time that works for both parties. It's currently the third time since he first "fixed" the microwave that it stopped working again, and I'm sitting here exchanging texts with him, begging for him to come before 10am on Saturday. He refuses, calling it "blackmail", and also refuses to refund our money. He's the one blackmailing us, refusing to come before 1pm because of traffic. Not another obligation, not a job, not childcare to figure out. Traffic. Convenience. I would never work with this guy again, it's been such a headache and he has no sense of proper customer service. We're out $350 dollars, and despite his 90 day warranty, he refuses to refund our money. If you can find another repair person, do it.
