After confirming the job they basically "went dark" with communication, with us continually calling them with no response, & we decided to cancel with them & return to Loveseat --- & couldn't be happier. I remember sitting in them at my grandmother's house. We selected a fabric and given a completion date. The chairs were completed a little early. The workmanship is of the highest possible quality The interior padding on the armrests was replaced. The wood armrest ends and across the back was refinished to perfection. There was quite a bit of communication back-and-forth and it was all seamless. I paid 200 extra to have my seats picked up and returned because they're down in the San Jose area. It was well worth that extra cost as I'm in Solano County. I got my dining room chairs beautifully refinished by Lucia's upholstery.The quality was amazing. They also quoted me a couple weeks. All other places were saying 6 weeks or so. Super happy with my chairs and Lucia's. Give them a shot!
