Letsy and Mario were fantastic! We had a conversation on the phone. They cleaned the covers and already checked in to see if they are comfortable, and if I am happy with the results. Couch is comfy and looks brand new again! We visited 4 different local companies & our first impression of LoveSeat was the best & put it in "1st place" for our business, but another company beat their price by a couple hundred dollars so we went with someone else. This other company basically just eye-balled what we wanted done & their written estimate seemed "off"; the yardage needed seemed way too low & we were curious/worried they'd try to correct this once they started the job. After confirming the job they basically "went dark" with communication, with us continually calling them with no response, & we decided to cancel with them & return to Loveseat --- & couldn't be happier. Loveseat measured everything the first time we went in, just friendly with no pressure & no worries. Great communication too (why does that seem to be a dying art?!), as well as turn-around. Final result? We Love our new seats & would recommend them in a heartbeat! Next time we'll head here first, lesson learned!

I'm spoiled! I love the option to shop online and pick up in store. The fact I can place one order for pick up at multiple stores makes is amazing especially when all your items are not available at one location. We experienced it yesterday traveling between Pleasant Hill, Emeryville and Pinole locations for pickup. Pick up is always a breeze. I receive a text and email when my order is ready. The pick up area is usually near the cash registers at the front of the store under your last name. If your items are oversized or have an order larger than the pick up bins then you will need to check in with staff for retrieval. The store itself is well organized and maintained. With the signage, it is easy to navigate. Staff are friendly and willing to assist with directions or questions regarding a project DIY. I received notification that one order was out for delivery, and I received that item quickly and in perfect condition. Then I received a notification that the second item was out for delivery, and I expected the same great delivery experience. However, this wasn't the case. The second item was never delivered, even though the driver said he did. My "delivery" driver, Adrian G., who works for Uber, came to my house, walked to the driveway, and took a picture of the first item, which was sitting near my front door. He never ever delivered the second item, which was identical to the first item, only larger (these items were supposed to be a pair). He did this to cover himself in case I filed a complaint. This same-day delivery service is offered through Uber, Door Dash, and other delivery services, and there is no way to track your order or to get in touch with Uber, etc to complain about their delivery drivers. Fortunately, I paid through Paypal. I filed a case with Paypal, informing them that I never received the item, and I received a refund. This was the only option for resolution. I guess me AND Adrian got something out of the deal. I got my money back and he, she, or they, got a sparkly disco-ball-looking ghost for his, her, or their front porch. I guess I am writing this review as a cautionary tale about same-day delivery. You risk not getting what you ordered.
