Amazing service! They were able to take 21 table cloths last min to in a Thursday and have them ready for pick up Saturday morning despite being incredibly busy! There are new owners of this place as of 2023. We used to go here all the time for our cleaning and clothes alterations, but not anymore. My mom gave them her skirt for a simple alteration. I went to pick it up when they said it was ready and paid ($25). When I showed my mom, she noticed that there was absolutely no alteration done. They gave us the skirt back with no changes even though we paid the full price. Overall, very unreliable and disappointing service, especially since this was my mothers planned vacation outfit which we had to leave behind. read more

I noticed a funny smell on my clothes. Also, my clothes seemed to have shrunk a little after getting it back. Both were wool sweaters.

This place is a rip off. I dropped off a long dress for cleaning. The ticket said $14.95. I picked it up today and the woman said $19.95. I said the ticket said $14.95. She said well the girl that wrote up the ticket put the wrong price on this as it is a long dress. I told her I would never come back as I feel she ripped me off. This is the closest dry cleaners near my house and commute route. They're open on weekends at a convenient time. If you like your dress shirts stiff and creased, you'll have to ask for extra starch. The main reason why this particular location is a tad pricey is because it's in an expensive strip mall. However, this business is a staple of the community and practically part of the neighborhood. So the extra you pay, is to support the city and area. (3) dress shirts is cheaper than (1), and they do pretty good work. You can also get pants fitted, tailored and other alterations. read more

I don't normally do reviews but this one just really needs to be stated. I came here last week to drop off a pair of pants to be hemmed. The lady said she would call me the next day and they would be done. 4 days go by. No call. I finally go down there and give her my ticket to see what's going on. SHE LOST MY JEANS. Completely disappeared. Probably gave them to someone else. And she could never find them. BRAND NEW JEANS. 60 dollars. I will be going back to make her give me my money back and I will never be coming here again. read more

Read the 'bad' reviews before you judge. Small errors happen at any dry cleaners like this. I've had nothing but good experiences here, even when there was a stain that didn't come all the way out, etc., the owner has always been happy to redo such things. They've always accommodated quick turn arounds for me. I take my suits to be washed and pressed here regularly, shirts, sweaters, etc. Yes, there are slightly cheaper dry cleaners around, but I'd rather pay a few dollars more for good service and non-caustic/toxic chemicals being used on my clothes. read more

I'm changing cleaners. Because they are eco-friedly, I have tried to like this place, but can't. One day I went in and they were asking if a blouse was mine; they'd lost the tag. (If you own a sleeveless black top with ruffled neck, they have it!) They shrunk one of my husband's sweaters. They twice didn't have my clothes ready---TWO days after they promised them. The best was when I asked them to replace a hook that had fallen off dress slacks; when I tried to hook the pants, there was a button instead! Had the person tested the closure----which one should do when sewing on buttons----that would never have left the shop. For what they charge, they should do a better job. I've given them chance after chance, but it's become too many problems. I'm going to try Appian 80. read more

This us the worst cleaners ever. I put two sweaters in for simple dry cleaning. My sweaters were only worn once. They went in as women's medium and they came out extra large. I strongly recommend you Never patronize this dry cleaners. They are over priced and DO a lousy job. I will be seeking damages for my sweaters. If I could give negative stars I would. We dropped off my HAND KNIT alpaca sweater to be dry cleaned. We asked that it be folded over a hanger not hung on a hanger so it wouldn't stretch out the shoulders. When we picked it up, it was hanging on a hanger, not folded over as we were assured it would be. Upon further inspection my sweater had been felted. Guess what IDIOTS? I did not wash it in my washing machine because I DID NOT WANT IT FELTED!!!!! WTF! Then the woman working there followed my husband out the door when he picked it up. She could see that he was upset and that he had mentioned that we did not want it hung like that. She went to her garbage area which was next to the building and pretended to study it so she could eaves drop on our conversation when he brought the sweater out to me. Did you really think we believed you were THAT interested in studying your garbage? We never went back and we never, ever will. In fact, when people ask for a dry cleaner recommendation for their hand knits I will recommend Norge in El Cerrito, even though they are a 15 minutes drive further. And I will definitely tell them about my sweater. No knitter wants to invest over $100 for yarn and weeks of her time to then entrust this wearable investment to a business with so little regard for doing their job right. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I took a few coats to this place for cleaning and to sew buttons on two of the coats. My bill was $70 for 4 coats and some shirts. When I took the coats home, they hadn't sewn any of my buttons on and DID NOT clean them either! Gross! They actually charged me for dry cleaning that they didn't do. They just hung my clothes on a hanger and put plastic over them. So disappointed! read more

I took my daughter's Cinderella (halloween costume) here last week to get hemmed. I live right around the corner so I figured I would take it there since it's close by. I told the woman initially I needed by the following Wednesday (today) but remembered my daughter's halloween party at daycare was wednesday. So before I got in my car I went back in and told the woman i actually needed the costume done by Tuesday. She said "ok". I return yesterday around 9am and ask for the costume and I see it hanging in the same spot she put the week prior. Nothing had been done. I expressed my frustration and reminded her that I specifcically said I needed the costume by tuesday. She said she would have it done by end of day. I returned tuesday around 5:30 and the dress was ready. My daughter wore her costume during her halloween party today for probably no more than an hour. I picked her up and the daycare provider shows me how almost the whole hem of the dress has come undone. I am so annoyed. I paid $18 to have a hem done on a costume and it falls apart the next day. I will not be returning to this cleaner for any service. read more
