Even though I was having a little bit of technical difficulties from the washer. No one has the manager number. So when I finally found it on Google which wasn't very difficult I called him. He was at work which is understandable. But however he did text me back and then we texted and he finally was able to catch a break and call me. Told me his man was coming out to fix the issue he was a very very respectable person just for reaching out because he didn't have to do that. I got much respect for him though my clothes in ring out because I know if I reach out again take care of it! There is a sign in the back back of the store that says if you pay with card you will be charged $15 as a pending charge. My washing machine broke and I was looking for a con-ops and found here near by. Thought it was convenient as I can go grocery shopping while I wait for the wash to be done. Good = The place has varsity of sizes of washer, and CC ready. Seems clean. Bad = overall room is dark. Found several out of order machines. I forgot to bring my detergent so went to the vending machine but it wasn't working. Credit Card machine just blinked and did nothing. I didn't use quarters so may be working for coins. Other customer told me the exchange machine will take forever to spit out quarters. So I went to Dollar Tree near by and got a bottle of detergent. My bank is putting several "pending" transactions now and hope they don't charge me for simply swiping the CC several times here! read more

The washers are ok... the dryers suck here.. never used the bottom ones they don't dry.... It's a waste of money literally if you use them. Some of top dryers works not all of them.. it's hard to know which ones work. Out the 5 that I am using the 2 aren't drying well. The heat sucks. I like coming here because I can use my card when I'm in a rush and don't have time to get quarters that's the up side of it.. other then that.. I would not recommend this place. It is a rather small laundromat, but I've noticed laundromats are very similar in size for this and surrounding areas. It is a convenient place to wash clothes, but I do recommend coming very early. My particulars are: I don't like to wait for machines, I prefer a clean location as I'm cleaning my clothes as well, coin operated vs app operated, and ample space to fold my clothes. Patrons tend to drop by and wash clothes and leave as it washes, which might hinder the next user. It appears to be common here. Cleanliness I rate it average of some dustiness. You can see some wear on the machines, but most "appear" to be in an operational state. Would I come back? Sure. Not my first choice, but good to know there is a place where I can get things laundered in a pinch relatively close by. This place has really gone downhill in the past couple years. I am aware it's changed management/owners however, I'm not certain who would take over a laundromat and just not take care of it. Every time I go there, the place is dirty, trash everywhere and the washer and dryers are always broken. They machines seem to work better with the older ones. I have to always pay far beyond what I usually pay to get dry clothes and the machines don't get filter/ clean so my clothes smell like mildew after they come out of the wash. I loose multiple quarters just trying to start the machines and the doors are broken on a few washers. You never see management presence so, you can't ask for help. The change machine are always broken. Don't waste you time or money. The owners should be ashamed they way they keep this place read more

This place sucks! Came in this past weekend used 1 cap size full of detergent in 2 of the large front loading machines. Simultaneously, both of them started leaking water and I mean WATER everywhere and then the one next to it started leaking for the other woman who had just turned the machine on. I had to wait until the machine was done and then it says "out of order" and I couldn't open the machines up. I called the number on Yelp and of course it's disconnected! So I had to google the machine and find out if you press and hold the button down it will restart the machines and open the door. A guy came and I told him what happened and he didn't even offer to pay me back for having to wash my stuff twice, my time and dryer fees. I've only ever seen people come to pick up the money in the machines and leave! The place is clean. The washers work well. Prices are average to above average. The dryers don't work. I think there's a central ventilation problem. Or maybe they're just cheap. Expect to spend at least 90 minutes drying cotton. That's longer dry time for more of your money. What are going to do, leave with wet clothes? It begins to feel like a scam. So I spent nearly $6.00 on the giant dryer to dry my giant load. I leave for 98 minutes to go run errands and when I return what do I find? My clothes are still wet. So I call the owner .. or whoever's number that is listed on google. He answered the phone and assured me that someone would bring me my refund. So I spend another 5 something dollars in a different dryer and they dryer just fine. When a machine is not working, there should be an "OUT OF ORDER"sign on it, and there should be an employee on the premises at all times incase of situations like such. With that said, had the owner came and delivered my refund as promised.. there would be no need for this review.
