I've had a couple of older shirts come back slightly damaged, but honestly, they were already pretty worn out, so it wasn't a big deal to me. On the positive side, they've done an excellent job removing some stubborn stains from my work pants, which I really appreciated. What I also like is that the staff takes the time to offer advice on how certain garments should be cleaned. I used to wash most of my shirts myself, but they've helped me understand which fabrics are better suited for dry cleaning or require special care. Overall, great service, reasonable prices, and knowledgeable staff. It's nice to find a place that not only cleans your clothes but also takes the time to educate you on how to care for them properly. I definitely recommend this place!

I was here and it was 30 minutes to closing and my clothes just stopped from the wash, the attendant told me you only have 30 minutes for the dryers. Which I completely understand. I quickly threw my clothes in the dryer and put enough quarters for 30 minutes. After about 2 minutes two of the dryers completely stopped. I let the attendant know. She said okay and did nothing. I waited a few minutes and then asked her am I able to get a refund. She said we don't give refunds. I let her know that I put money in the machine. She said that when she saw it the machines were off. Thank goodness my clothes warm to prove that I did put money in the dryer. Then she proceeded to only dry my clothes for 24 minutes. I went to get the rest of my clothes to dry and she said don't do 30 minutes cause were closer to closing time. I come all the time to this establishment and I am very very disappointed with how this was handled. Sadly I'll have to find another laundromat unless it's an absolute emergency.
