This is my first time inquiring about dry cleaning for my own personal items & of course it was a last minute request (I honestly didn't think I'd find anyone to take my request at such short notice). I needed a same day dry cleaning job for a white button down shirt for my boyfriend's graduation. Chan was so kind to accommodate me and said that typically the machine he uses for this job aren't used on the weekend but he would be willing to help me. When I arrived to drop off the shirt his wife Lily was so kind and informative about the process. I got to meet Chan during my pick up, and thanked him for their service and hospitality. I got to learn about the story behind their business and just could stop thanking them. Lily & Chan, y'all are amazing - I'm literally trying to figure out what else I need dry cleaned haha. The layout also made the process very smooth with washers in the middle rows and dryers surrounding the perimeter alongside tabletops to fold your clothes and/or other items. All machines had a tap to pay option if Apple Pay is needed. However, it is stated that a $20 hold will be placed on your card IF using debit or Apple Pay so be mindful of that! Next time I'll make sure to get a physical laundromat card and load it with credits to avoid that fee (it does get reimbursed however I'd like to avoid any unnecessary fees if possible lol). The overall price for the usage of two washing machines and one large dryer came out to $25 after the refund of the holding fee. $10 for each wash and $4.25ish for a dryer. Parking can be a little tight especially on the weekends. I came on a Friday afternoon and spots filled up quick.

Free WiFi, TV, parking and conveniently located next to Neighbors Donuts and Chefs if you get hungry. Staff was helpful as well. They informed me that I can drop off my laundry for them to wash and fold if in a pinch (obviously for a price). I'm going to take them up on it next time.

A unique thing about this spot is you need to buy a laundry card to use the machines. You can use cash or credit/debit cards to buy it from the machines up front. Love how huge the washing machines are too. Everyone's nice, even if you don't speak Spanish, you can figure it out! They also offer wash and fold services. I was there at 2:20 pm on a Tuesday and the sign said the attendant would return at 4 pm. Couldn't wait for my $6.50 refund so I left a note with my contact information and a voicemail. I have not heard back from anyone. Even to say "no refund for you, lady"!!!!! One customer told me they have cameras so they can confirm my activity but still....no response. Poor way to run a business.
