Update: I picked up my laundry and this very kind gentleman explained I was overcharged and refunded me the overcharge. He explained they separate the wash and fold and wash separately. That's a new one for me and appreciate the explanation and understand the cost. Since my clothes are old and been washed oodles of times I never gave a thought of my load being thrown in all the once; resulting in a cheaper cost. I totally had a different experience than most of you . The reason I'm sharing is cause you need to go in there informed . Brought in my $400 bow top to get cleaned . When I picked it up they had PUT SAFETY PINS on my garnet attached to the piece of paper on the hanger . SAFETY PINS ! what in the actual hell . I go out of my way to not put any holes or stain my clothes . They said it was for garment not to fall off the hangers , sounds to me you need different hangers . I moved here from NY where they had hangers to accommodate tops like these . Than I looked at my Alice and Olivia sweater . It had lint and cat hair . I'm assuming cat it could have been a dog . I don't have neither .It looked like it had not been cleaned at all , nope . I informed her and showed her small crust on it and hair , she took out a lint roller , lmao , dead .
