Their workers there are so disrespectful and unprofessional this morning one of the ladies that worked there was yelling and swearing at me because where I was parked. she could've approached me a different way. I felt really threatened and did not feel safe .I will not be recommending this place to any of my friends that have fur babies. The view of the Bay is spectacular! Plus it's clean and has good machines. It wasn't crowded when I went. I forgot my soap though and a nice man folding his clothes said "They have soap across the street." Ahhhh. I came here for the first time, and i would definitely not recommend this place for anyone that likes having clean clothes! I finished washing my blankets they smelled great but once i dried them and smelled them they smelled like wet fucking dog. Theres a pet groomer next door so it makes sense. I should've known, this is my fault but the groomers should wash their shit in their own business or the laundry mat owner should clean their machines. read more

What a smart bussniess idea! Tons of homes in the area, washers break all the time and some places don't have laundry or allowed to use them. This place is super convenient, pretty clean,not crowded and tons of dryers! I am not from here (Marin county) but I didn't want to use my bf mom's washer/dryer. I found this spot really close to his home...but my laundry in and detergent, realized the latch isn't closing properly. I didn't bring any cash but the 10.00 I was using for laundry. called the phone posted and he was so kind. Super clean laundromat. This place it's a little pricier than other laundromats on San Pablo but worth it. Dries and washes great! Regular wash is $2, mid-size wash is $4 and big loads are $5.50. These loads are about $.50 more than other locations. It's in a safe quiet area but a little hidden. Totally worth the little drive up the hill. read more

When the laundry that I Normally go to was crowded today went to yelp for help! Lol (I liked how that rhymed) I seen one place but it was closed for repairs. Then I seen Teddy Bear wash & Dry. I told my daughter let's check it out! Came here and the parking lot was not full at all, and it was only one person in here and he was leaving. Very friendly I might add. When I tell you it's is empty.. Baby not a soul in site! I will be able to move around with out kids telling people taking your cart and moving your stuff without a problem. I told my daughter that this will be our "hidden cove." I don't know how long it will be hidden after this yelp lol but nevertheless, it's a little quant laundromat that i have fell in love with! When I use to live around the area I would come here to wash my pets blankets and heavy sheets that I didn't want to do at home. They place was close to my house at the time, so that was very convent and found that to be a plus. The place itself is rather large and a good size. There are plenty of regular size washers, over sized washers and dryers to go around. There is never a waiting time so you are able to wash and dry all in a good time. I do have to agree with the other reviews that yes the place does need a nice good clean every week or every other week. It is not that hard to sweep, mop and clean the machines on the outside and inside to make them look appealing. Also, $1 shop is not that hard to find and install. Parking here is small but since it never is busy here I would never find that to be an issue. The place is open late and open early. Overall a good place and the nice views of the bay is an added plus! read more

Its just a tiny laundromat in the Richmond Hills, no dry cleaning, and dont think there is a fluff n' fold service, but the place is SWEET. And I hardly see anyone else in here. Although I would never carry a load of laundry up the hill by foot, its less than a mile away. Right across the street is a liquor store, that has an alright selection of single beers and snacks. But the best part is the friggin AMAZING view of the Golden Gate Bridge and Angel Island, So while I am folding my choners, sipping on my New Castle, I can stare out at the bay and know that I dont need to be rich to live like a king. read more

The Service was absolutely amazing; Derek went above and beyond to help me when my washing machine broke down and Sears/Cinch Home Warranty Services dragged their feet for months to repair or replace it. Not vary clean at all and no soap to wash hands after touching so many coins kind of sad since a big bottle of hand soap cost only 3$ or less and you would think they can spare that after I payed 13$ to wash and dry 2 real loads but becouse the bigger washers looked like someone used them to was dog beds and haven't been cleans I was forced to use the small ones an had to use 4 washers at 2.25 each sad. read more

I thought it was a mapping error, but a tiny bit of yelping showed it to be a real place. And, indeed. A laundromat with a bay view. There's a small grocery across the street. And reasonable prices. I guess you can live like a king for a short drive, and a pile of quarters. read more

Oh my god I love this laundry. Since I only come here to use the MEGA washers that do big loads of blankets or 50 lbs or whatever you can fit into them for $8 every so often, it's enjoyable to me. The view really is fantastic and it doesn't seem very crowded because there's mainly single family homes around here. read more

I agree with everyone else's reviews: Teddy Bear is right up the street and is always clean, pleasant, with working machines. Also a lovely Bay view, Arlington Market right across the street, and a bulletin board for local businesses, as well as magazines to read and recycling bins for the laundry soap containers. I had a pleasant laundry experience here. There was just one other person doing laundry when I was there. Everything went smoothly.

Laundry is already a chore and more if you have to go to laundromat. Even though there is one right in Point Richmond near my apartment, I haul my loads to Teddy Bear. The place is clean and machines actually work. Makes my chore tolerable. Best place to wash so far. Hmmm....maybe I shouldn't have written this review. read more

What a find! A number of my employees were in town for an unexpected and long work project. We all ran out of clean clothes by the end of the first week and began to panic. Someone found this establishment and before long Derrick and his crew washed and folded our stuff for a song and they were even kind enough to deliver it to our hotels when we couldn't get up on the mountain. I haven't experienced this sort of service in a while and it was nice to be reminded of what happens when a professional, in any field, puts people first. read more
