Furthermore, the customer service provided by the lady has been fairly poor and her responses have ranged from "why are you coming 3-4 minutes before closing?" When I do call to make the same day appointment, her response is, "I cannot give you the same day appointment because it is very busy." I would have no problem booking an appointment in the future if it was not for her attitude and cynicism. I definitely do not feel any warmth or good vibes. Otherwise, I cannot knock-out that Star One Cleaners is good at their craft and that there is a warm welcome by the gentlemen. Unfortunately, I do not feel valued as a customer and cannot return. Quality and fairly priced service is important but so is customer service.

If you can get there before they close up - as I managed to do ONCE - the machines do work okay.

Helping someone look and feel their best for an important interview is a small act of kindness that can make a huge difference. I also appreciate the regular 33% discount coupons they offer their returning customers. It's another example of how they make their services more affordable and accessible. Great American Cleaners is more than a business that takes care of your clothes. It's a business that takes care of its community. The world needs more kindness like this.
