I had such a great experience here, they are so kind and they took their time on my nails and made sure i had a great experience! very clean as well!

I had a shellac manicure on Dec 15. Normally my shellac lasts 2+ weeks, this time it did not. I returned today and they HAPPILY fixed the problem at NO EXTRA CHARGE! This is customer service. I've read the "complaints" about this place and to those complainers I say, go back! Give them a chance to fix the mistake!! Don't just get mad and put them on blast!! My old salon got 8 years of my loyalty and patience until I couldn't take it anymore!! I just stopped going! VIVI is a great, clean nail salon. Period.

Love my new nails! Thank you Tram!

Not used to getting my nails done and there wasn't much conversation so it was hard to let them know what I wanted. But it still turned out nice. Was in and out in 40 minutes and it was only $25.

The nail tech I had seemed rushed, a few are a bit crooked but they look pretty good I will probably go back in the future they also waxed my eyebrows which they didn't mess up so that's something to be happy about but as for the nails it's only one or two that's slightly crooked but overall it's a good establishment

Lumpy and crooked nails. They rush to much that's the problem, Waste of money going here.

Terrible work and this picture shows the aftermath of being fixed! Dark specks appeared the next day. Some longer then others 4 crooked nails. Embarrassed to even have these things in my hands

Customer satisfaction is not their goal. Getting as many customers In and out seems to be their goal! I went to a younger boy, he glued my nails on & sent me to the older man, I showed a picture of the shape I wanted and he did the opposite! I wanted square and he gave me round & square! Most of my nails are crooked (especially on the edges). I inspected each nail once he was done filling & pointed out the length differences & shape but he didn't seemed to concerned that I was unsatisfied, he wanted to get me done so he could do the next two people that walked in. But I was not going to ignore his mistakes, so I pointed out the white tips I got were different lengths & crooked as well so he fixed them 2 times & they still turned out bad because he shaped the nails horribly! I suggested a design on two nails because it would take the distraction off the horrible shape. My cuticles are damaged & bleeding. Anyone wanna guess how much he charges me for this horrible work?! $50!!! -The last picture shows a chunk of nail missing because he took a small drill and went hard on them.

Walked in tonight everyone working was very friendly and my nail technician did an awesome job exactly what I was looking for

Grey gel nails - shellac is worth it - they last weeks vs days....never tried grey before, but I loved this shiny gray option #232

A little expensive but the gel mani/pedi is very relaxing. Nice massage chairs with the deluxe pedicure being my favorite - 45 minutes of lower leg/foot massage, hot rocks, hot towel and gel nail polish that lasts & lasts....the only thing missing is a glass of wine & a bit more of a relaxing atmosphere...other than that...worth the $

I've been going to this nail salon for awhile now. It's a small place with a warm vibe and…read morefriendly staff. However, I've run into a recurring issue with my current nail technician, Mia. She spends nearly an hour meticulously applying powder, shaping, buffing, and adding lacquer, but refuses to let my nails cure under the light lamp for more than 60 seconds. As a result, the lacquer starts peeling within a day or two. The ONLY time this doesn't happen is when Mia gets distracted, and I sneak extra time under the lamp--then the lacquer lasts 2-3 weeks! This issue persists whether she uses my own lacquer or the salon's. I typically get one layer, but last time, Mia insisted the peeling was due to using just one layer. So, I let her apply two layers, which made things worse. The thicker coating needed even more curing time, but she still limited it to 60 seconds, pulling the lamp away and saying, "That's enough." By the time I got home, the lacquer was already peeling! The acrylic base holds up for up to 3 weeks, but it's pointless if the lacquer doesn't last 3 days! I've had enough - - it's time to find a new salon! Friends have shared some great recommendations. Attached are photos from day 3.

I was in desperate need of a polish change. It was a Sunday and this was the only place open…read more They only take walk-ins. I've never been to this type of salon before, so I was a little scared. They greeted me immediately and I waited about 3 minutes. I sat down with "Cuong" and he came at my nails with a sanding tool that freaked me out. Normally, my polish is taken off with acetone and foil. I've never seen a sander come at me. Nail dust was flying everywhere. That can't be good for them to breathe that in all day. Anyway, Cuong put me at ease by being super gentle and meticulous with the removal. Never nicked my skin at all. He was done with 7 nails and then all of a sudden some other woman comes over, unplugs his tool, plugs hers in and starts going to town. She was NOT gentle. I couldn't figure out what just happened. She gets the polish off, kind of, and starts filing my nails. I washed my hands, Cuong is back in place and I asked him to fix my nails because she did a HORRIBLE job of filing. They were uneven and shredded on the ends.. He fixed them to my liking and then she's yelling to him why is he filing them again (I think that what she was yelling about). Poor guy's hands were shaking. He seemed to be very nervous. (Maybe he was new?) He finished the job, gave me a great polish. I think they just try to get as many people in and out that they can, but getting your nails done should be relaxing, not stressful. The price was right. The finished product was great, but they really need to not be in such a hurry. Quality is better than quantity for return customers. Not sure I'll go back unless I get Cuong. Oh, and they didn't give me a lot of time to pick a nail color. They had tons!
