I only went to this salon after seeing it had a 5 star rating and the second I walked in something told me to leave, I went straight to the bathroom which had no hand soap (second strick) I sat down for my pedicure and everything was fine until he took a chunk of my skin off with the grater. I understand mistakes happen but, he didn't make eye contact or apologize despite me bleeding. He continued on with my pedicure which I was willing to see through but the pain was too much. After telling him I was in pain he insisted I continued. He then opened and closed the trash can with the very gloves he had on and STILL proceeded to touch my feet again. That was the final straw for me. I then left very upset. I was received a discount and still paid $37.00 for an unfinished pedicure. I understand language barriers but when you have not one person who speaks English in an establishment , frustration grows FAST. read more

I did go over the final touches though because a woman knows that another woman wants her nails a certain way, and she lets you do any final changes/touch ups at the end if you wish with no hard feelings like some techs! She'd rather you be completely satisfied than irritated once you got home and stared at them for a couple days! I can't TELL you how many times that's happened to me. So go check her out! She's a long time friend who's now doing nails out of her home by appointment only. Very affordable. Support local startups and businesses during COVID-19 of 2020!
