I understand mistakes happen but, he didn't make eye contact or apologize despite me bleeding. He continued on with my pedicure which I was willing to see through but the pain was too much. After telling him I was in pain he insisted I continued. He then opened and closed the trash can with the very gloves he had on and STILL proceeded to touch my feet again. That was the final straw for me. I then left very upset. I was received a discount and still paid $37.00 for an unfinished pedicure. I understand language barriers but when you have not one person who speaks English in an establishment , frustration grows FAST.

I set up a routine visit, you pay with cash or Cash App, they do mani-pedi's as well, and weekdays seemed to be preferred for appointments as they have a lot of people who come in. Will go again.
