Terrible! Who ever is in charge now needs to go! (because it couldnt be the same owners) it's just a dirty vibe. A nail tech was in there snoring with his dirty feet on the pedicure bowl. My nail tech rushed when I was the only customer in there besides one other lady. I told him the nails was messed up before he got far and he said it was going to be ok once he finished. He did the polish any kind of way and got mad cause I didn't like it so I told him to take it off. He kept being extremely rough with my hands and filed my fingers several times with the electric drill before I pulled my hand away and told him if he did it again it would be a problem. He then thought he was going to polish over the messed up nail application . I told him no so he pulled out the nail clip like he was going to cut the acrylic off of my nails. I have been going here for YEARS but the services have been getting worse since the original people haven't been there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt today but I should've went with my first mind. Never again!!! read more

I'm guessing they're under new ownership because the shop is now called 'Ho's Nails' no longer 'Pro nails'. After reading the good reviews I figured I'd give this place a try considering my usual spot was booked. Overall I'm satisfied with my nails, however the place is not clean at all and could use some upgrading. I went in for a pedicure and fill-in (with shellac) and my total was $50 which I think is pretty standard. But I was very irritated by the fact that it was $2 extra if you wanted them to cut your nails down... I know $2 is nothing but why is there a fee to get your nails trimmed, it makes no sense. read more

Rush job, acrylic was falling off my nails, I have lumps in my nails, the old crew are no longer at this location. I don't know who these people are!!!! Terrible nail service, I got a pedicure and it's still loose skin left on my feet, mind you he did my pedicure in 5 mins... the lash and brow tech does amazing work that's all this place is good for. He charged me $85.00 for trash!!!! His breath smells like backed up sewage, nasty unclean environment, no paper towel to dry your hand after using the restroom, toilet seat is nasty, running out of polish trying to use the very last drop, like get another one!!! I recommend don't go there. I went this week, when I first came in. No one was there. Two of them were sleeping on the equipment. Their card machine was broke, they only accepted cash. The man messed up my overlay, the work is not professionals at all. The woman who did eyebrows had an attitude because she had to wake up. Do not go here. Save yourself the headache and hassle. The gentleman who did my nails was really rough and frankly was disrespectful towards the end who Hits someone with a nail filer because they dont wanna pay in cash! They are really Sketchy what Business dosnt take apple pay but takes cashapp?! This is only my third time here, but I know I'm going to be a loyal & happy customer. Each time I got my nails done I was extremely satisfied, which is a rare occurrence when it comes to my nails. I don't even mind the 30 minute drive from my house. Everyone who works here is super kind and you can tell that they put forth their best effort every time, I've yet to be disappointed. Jesse did my nails in both photos. If you're getting a pedicure, you should def upgrade to the deluxe pedi, which comes with a massage & scrub. Not sure if the workers here are lazy or just straight up uneducated on nail care. I came in for an acrylic nail removal and the guy sat me down and grabbed an acrylic tip and tried to POP THE ACRYLICS OFF. THAT is how you ruin your nails. I could've just skipped the $10 charge and done that myself at home but that's how you strip layers off your natural nail bed and weaken and damage your nails! The idea that acrylic nails damage your real nails is a MYTH! It's crappy nail techs like this guy who take shortcuts when removing nails which ends up damaging them. The PROPER way to remove acrylics is to first rough up the acrylic then lay an acetone soaked cotton ball on it and wrap in foil, much like gel shellack removal but with a longer wait. I finally convinced him to soak them off and he had me hold my fingers in hot acetone, then proceeded to dremel the nail off anyway. Bottom line, they may be able to paint nails, but the education here is so lacking I wouldn't trust them with even that simple task. read more

Great place. Super clean, friendly but not overly talkative staff and a decent prices. After a terrible appointment at another local nail salon I gave this place a try. I will most definitely be back. My pedicure was safe, clean (the tubs have liners, and I appreciate that!) and looks great. Got a nice sugar scrub, the woman doing my nails asked questions about what I wanted. I was able to walk in with no wait, not sure if that's usually the case. I recommend this nail salon! read more

Fast service, but it didn't feel clean. Very small, 4 pedicure chairs. The towel used during my pedicure was washed but clearly very old and stained. Also my toe nail polish lasted only 2 weeks when usually I can go 3 weeks or more. Young lady did a great job on my wax though! read more

I went there today because my normal nail shop was closed. I will be back again. I love my nails. They were really busy on a Sunday but they worked fast and still produced quality work. The price was reasonable too. $35 for a full set (coffin nails) and toe polish change. read more

My nails came out fine, but the salon (which is very small on the inside) was overcrowded and not well ventilated. From the time I sat down until the time I got up to leave I was constantly pressured into spending more money for add on services: shellac over acrylic, eyebrows, a full soak off etc! All I wanted to do was relax & get my nails done. Geez. There's no sign in sheet when you come in. No TV, no relaxing music. The polish collection could be a lot better, but there seemed to be way more options with gel nails. I'll come back, but it probably won't be on a weekend. read more

Cool place. My sister and I come here and get the deluxe pedicure. And it is deluxe! Hot stone treatment, sugar scrub and a hot towel. The mini massage is heaven! They're very clean as well. What I don't like is that they don't allow you to soak long. It's so in and out. It's kinda rushed. They do a good job overall. read more

So happy to find this local Spa for myself. Clean and very friendly staff. This was my first visit and Mary took great care of me. Had a Mani/Pedi Deluxe Mary was very detailed and it was a very relaxing experience. This was First time I was offered a deluxe Pedi at any spa and I would really recommend the deluxe best I've ever had. Yes they charge more for the deluxe but it was worth it. . got my nail done on a Sunday, I work a desk job and not much manual work, however, I had chipped acrylic by Wednesday. Went back Friday for a polish change and pointed out the one chipped acrylic nail . They charged me $15 to change the polish from regular to gel. hell, a full set of acrylics is $15!! The place is extremely dingy and sparse. It's not necessarily dirty, just really dingy, but it wasn't immediately noticeable. It was only after I was sitting relaxing the pedicure chair that I started to notice. The man who did my pedicure was much too rough and I had to ask him to back off several times. At one point he was accidentally digging the sharp point of his thumbnail into the bottom of my foot it almost made me cry out in pain. The frustrating part was that he didn't understand at all what I was telling him about his thumbnail and we had to get another employee to explain it to him. After my manicure they insisted my pedicure was dry and of course when I got home and took off my shoe, the toes on my left foot were ruined. The big toe on my right foot chipped not long after which is something I've rarely ever had happen after pedicures. The staff was extremely nice but there's just no way I would ever go back. I've passed that place several times while in the plaza to go into another shop and now I know why I have never seen another patron inside. read more
