Guess they don't really care if they make new customers. So I am going to another trainer who contacted me right away and seemed interested in getting me in. Update - this was due to an employee who was transitioning out of the company. I have since gone to the gym and it was a GREAT experience. Kyle is so nice and so helpful and really cares about his clients. The bad review I gave triggered him to call me and turn things around which he did with flying colors.
