My favorite place to workout!!! Some boutique studios get a bad reputation because it's "only…read moreskinny girls" but this location has both instructors and clients of every size and fitness level. Pricey, but it's always challenging and I am always evolving in my practice. The instructors genuinely want you to grow and become stronger mentally and physically. Everyone should try a class And your first one is free!!

For example, if you pay for unlimited classes, sign up in advance (like the studio asks you to do) and then have a life event happen less than two hours before your scheduled class (say you get a flat tire, you have to work late on a project, someone gets sick - normal things that happen to people who don't have lives that revolve around Pure Barre), the studio feels ENTITLED TO MORE of your money. That's right. They'll take an extra $15 from your bank account or your credit card. Clearly they only care about making money. Look elsewhere for a fair-minded workout. There are plenty of other options here in the city. Give your money to people who don't look for every opportunity to cheat you out of it.

Stop looking for a barre location. This IS it!…read more I've been a member for about two months, and couldn't be more pleased with my time, investment, and results. Each instructor is genuinely nice, energetic, and takes the time to adjust your form in the kindest and most helpful ways. Unlike some barre locations I've tried, I never feel judged for my limitations or weaknesses. They applaud my shaking legs and encourage me to keep pushing just "one more inch". If you're looking to try barre for the first time, or you're looking for a new tribe... I can suggest with more enthusiasm that you go to Neighborhood Barre! PS some classes offer childcare!! Check out their schedule as there are multiple classes daily!

The location is…read moresuper convenient, the owners made me feel so comfortable with onboarding and walking me through how to workout here and what to expect. I thought the heat in the sauna would be overwhelming but it's actually really refreshing and I enjoy trying different workouts and how there's varied 40 minute iso classes along with 15 minute HIIT workouts and also a weight room with free weights for working out on your own or guided weight training. The HOTWORX app connects to my Apple Watch to sync with my health and track my progress and I can schedule 24/7 in the app. I LOVE that I have access to the gym 24/7 and the location is perfect for anyone who lives downtown!

Well, that's exactly what we found when we discovered District 6 Fitness! This gym is exactly what we wanted. It's conveniently located just a block off Broad St. in Southside, just down from Southside Social and the Jump Park. The interior is gorgeous exposed brick and wood beam ceiling with tons of natural light. The Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment is brand new and state of the art. They have group exercise classes like Step, POUND, Circuit, Bootcamp, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, BARRE, Tabata and more. District 6 also has certified trainers for personal training. We could not be happier that we found such a great place close by. I can pull right up and park for free just feet away from the front door too, no getting in the middle of downtown hassle. We've been in town for the week and I've already had several great workouts. You must check out District 6 Fitness!

Avoid buying from Echelon at all costs!…read more 7 months and 3 different ellipticals, none that have ever worked. And they are still selling them! Buyer beware! We purchased an Elliptical in October 2023 along with the delivery & set up. That machine never worked. Dozens of calls and emails later as well as troubleshooting with their IT for a few hours, and they had the defective machine picked up, replaced and set-up with a 2nd machine. The 2nd machine didn't work either. Dozens of emails and numerous phone calls later and they have the 2nd defective machine removed, and replaced and set up with a 3rd machine. The 3rd machine does not work either. Dozens of emails, several phone calls and another marathon troubleshooting session with their IT, and still no working machine. I filed formal complaints with the FTC and the NV Attorney General, which I let Echelon know that I did yesterday. Now, today, they are finally taking me seriously after several dozen hours of back and forth with them and the delivery/set-up company over the past 7 months. They finally stated the elliptical machines do not work and there is no fix. They said the only option at this time is a refund and returning the 3rd defective machine. Yet, they are still selling the elliptical 8S on their website as well as at least 11 other websites that I found. This is fraud at its finest people. They continue to knowingly sell ellipticals that do not work! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

The instructors I've had are so warm, friendly, and helpful with hands on guidance to get the most out of your core work out. The only thing I have to complain about are the hours. I wish there were earlier classes like at 6 AM so I can knock out my workout before work as I sometimes unexpectedly have to stay on after 4:30 to support my team.
