There is always someone available if you have a question about how to use a machine or proper way to do a move. If you get in a rut I recommend jumping into one or more of the classes that are part of your membership. Expensive membership to have no sort of guest pass. I kindly asked her what I can do to get added on to my mom's card, she then replied that I didn't look like the women that was the cardholder..... my mother..... I understand staff does not control policy but I was trying to resolve the situation so maybe I can get back to my workout. She only mentioned a guest pass to me after I seemed upset with how she was speaking to me but even then she prestened the offer with enough attitude to knock me out. She seemed more worried about getting me out of the gym than resolving my issue. I'll make sure to go to literally any other gym in dalton it'll be half priced and you can bring in a guest and the staff probably won't spit in your face!

My friend and I booked into this oasis. My friend David who is Running across the country from Jacksonville Fla. to San Francisco was lucky enough to have Jennifer take care of him, he's still raving about her. I am still feeling the relaxation and Benefits of the massage Liz gave me. We booked a second massage the very next day. I only wish we could have persuaded them to join us on our journey. But that would be just Greedy. BTW Jennifer has taught many of the Local massage therapists in Elejay. Elizabeth is a prodigy.

Mostly Great Place…read more I want to do 3.5 stars but it's not an option. 3 is mean but 4 is high. I was going to do 4 to be nice, but I'm pretty disappointed in how things went. I enrolled my 4 year old son in The Little Tigers program 8 months ago or so. It's a cool program for the little ones who are not ready for the older kid classes. They combine learning the simple moves with fun and games and kids love it! He got his white belt with orange stripe in this group. Now my son has a yellow belt in the kids class and he loves martial arts 9 out of 10 days when he isn't tired or in a mood like all kids. Sundays he is sad when we don't go. My boy enjoys learning Bo Staff and Nunchucks Saturdays in weapons class. The instructors make it a fun learning experience for the kids and I took the parent orientation 8 days course here and did a couple weapons classes too. Remarkable Instructors exist here, I don't remember all the instructors names but the ones who stick out most are: Mister Tony is in my opinion the most caring instructor anyone could imagine with the kids. Kid patience and honest caring is so impressive to me. He is not only a credit to his parents but this studio! Mister Christian is another super friendly instructor with a fun personality. Master Brandon has a great personality and makes things with him enjoyable. He is a good people person and knowledgeable as a master. Master Seo has many accolades but I rarely have interactions with him. He takes time with the kids really well when they have trouble. I don't know enough to say more than that about him. Mr. Wood is one degree from master and I really like him. He is a friendly instructor and nice guy from out interactions for sure. I like the young instructor with the really long hair too who teaches weapons. I don't remember his name though. Great instructors make learning not only easier but more fun overall! The only negatives I experienced were enough to cause me to take my son to a new school. Master Colton seemed like a nice young master in the beginning but then shifted to in my opinion far less friendly and difficult. He was good with the kids, but not with this dad. He took me aside politely a couple times to talk about my son's experiences and I appreciated it. Then one day Master Colton decided our unlimited classes contract was not actually unlimited anymore and said he only wanted my son in one class per day. His reasoning teetered between him saying he didn't want me my to burn out and that nobody else goes that much. The definition of unlimited is no limits so whatever the underlying issue with him and myself is, I don't know. Contract canceled then. I let my son do his 6 days a week one class a day and then choose if he wants to do a second class. He often wants to stay since all his friends are here and he wants to be with them. If you want to rationalize or talk something out with Master Colton my experience is that he will only listen to "be polite" but then just stick with whatever he said but explain it a couple more times.

You can't take a class unless you make some kind of irrevocable commitment (what happens if you move? Your child falls ill??). I decided to commit" to six months to see how she juggled it with work and school only to find out (because she took a two week trial class) that we couldn't because we weren't new clients.... we would have to take a 1,2,or 3 year commitment..... So sad as this was a great place. I don't feel good about this kind of situation at all.

From the moment we checked in Stacey was helpful, welcoming and supportive. The Koi Cove cabin we were housed in Friday night was perfect! Our Friday night dinner was delicious as was our breakfast Saturday morning. I learned so much about how to get started and enjoy being out in nature, slowing down and unplugging. Andrew was very galant to deliver us a canopy for the campsite just before we had a downpour:) Even though it was a very warm and rainy weekend, I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the other ladies in the group, feeling confident it what previously seemed "hard" and now I can't wait to go again! Upon entering you are ALWAYS greeted by "Welcome to Cici's!" The Calhoun, GA location is no different, except for the execution of creating pizza. When you go to a buffet, I'm sure you expect some of the food to be old and cold. Most buffet operators, including most Cici's locations rotate their pizzas to ensure their product remains fresh and hot. Not this location. The employees (high school and college students) are constantly moving old pizza slices to other pies on the buffet to make the pies look full. They pay no attention to the quality of the food or how long it's been on the buffet. Let's face it, you can look at a slice of pizza and tell if it's fresh or not. When they get busy, they make several types of pizza. Most locations keep the basic pepperoni, cheese, sausage pies in rotation. Not this location. I've waited upwards of thirty minutes or more to see a fresh pepperoni pizza come out of the oven and hit the buffet. You want a plain cheese pie, better get a book, it's going to be a while. Now, there's nothing wrong with employees enjoying their jobs and having some fun with their co-workers. The staff at this location takes it to the extreme. I've been there several times with nothing but a limited selection made up of cold pizza with nothing new being produced. Why? The guys in the kitchen are huddled up talking, gossiping, whatever. They're simply not focused on their jobs. The manager on duty seems to never keep them focused. The ambiance is the same as any and every other Cici's. When you walk in, you know what to expect from that perspective. The staff that tries to keep the tables clean do a great job. They clearly work hard and you never see them huddled up talking amongst themselves. If it weren't for them, this location would have earned a much worse score.
