First of all, I guess I need to lower my expectations. Going to a all you can eat buffet pizza. There's always going to be a lot of kids, especially with the huge arcade that they have. Also is a great place for soccer teams or baseball teams to eat together as a team which gives you a lot of noise. I guess just being an old fuddy-duddy it's not my My vibe. I put the service slow as because it took us 40 minutes to get the pizza that we ordered. Although once we got the pizza it's fantastic. We got the deep dish and it was excellent. Crust was crispy fried fresh. If you can get over the noise level then that's a good place There is a room that you can reserve to have a party which is very nice. Lots of arcade games. The only neither of the negative was that when we ordered they automatically added like a $4 drink on our order and I said I'm sorry but we wanted water and so they had to take it through. The problem is they didn't ask which one drink it automat could rang it up and I asked her if you'd have asked. Matt have told you water. I've been to several Cici's locations around the country. It's typically a great place to go for a quick pizza & salad lunch or dinner. Upon entering you are ALWAYS greeted by "Welcome to Cici's!" The Calhoun, GA location is no different, except for the execution of creating pizza. When you go to a buffet, I'm sure you expect some of the food to be old and cold. Most buffet operators, including most Cici's locations rotate their pizzas to ensure their product remains fresh and hot. Not this location. The employees (high school and college students) are constantly moving old pizza slices to other pies on the buffet to make the pies look full. They pay no attention to the quality of the food or how long it's been on the buffet. Let's face it, you can look at a slice of pizza and tell if it's fresh or not. When they get busy, they make several types of pizza. Most locations keep the basic pepperoni, cheese, sausage pies in rotation. Not this location. I've waited upwards of thirty minutes or more to see a fresh pepperoni pizza come out of the oven and hit the buffet. You want a plain cheese pie, better get a book, it's going to be a while. Now, there's nothing wrong with employees enjoying their jobs and having some fun with their co-workers. The staff at this location takes it to the extreme. I've been there several times with nothing but a limited selection made up of cold pizza with nothing new being produced. Why? The guys in the kitchen are huddled up talking, gossiping, whatever. They're simply not focused on their jobs. The manager on duty seems to never keep them focused. The ambiance is the same as any and every other Cici's. When you walk in, you know what to expect from that perspective. The staff that tries to keep the tables clean do a great job. They clearly work hard and you never see them huddled up talking amongst themselves. If it weren't for them, this location would have earned a much worse score. read more

Buffet just for pizza, sign me up. The arcade is a nice touch but maybe a couple more classic arcade games and that will be good. Sure it's just a little building but once you walk in, the looks, the smell and the pizza will change your life. The service, well they are busy making incredible pizza so you know kinda silent but seem like really nice people. So if you pass by a Cici's Pizza stop there and eat. read more
