It is very smart marketing but you should probably realize that your company's performance may be judged by the dog Park's quality. And with that said, they probably spent more on the signs than they did on the actual dog park. It is a couple hundred feet long and probably 20 to 30 ft wide. The day we were there it was mostly just a mud field. But it does have multiple poop bag dispensers as well as trash cans and it has a couple of fire hydrants. It has quite a few agility items in one area as well as a bench or two for you to sit on. Other than that it's mostly just scorched Earth. But it is a dog park and it does have a very nice memorial right next to it.

This park was great! *Playground for toddlers age 2-5 *Playground for bigger kids age 5-12 *Gated dog park * Volleyball net on the field *Human sized checkers board to play *Pavillion with tables *Bathrooms *Paved walking trail loop *Parking in front lower lot (small sidewalk hill to walk up), handicap parking only at flat, top level (few spots), and then another parking lot in the back of park- down another paved path- not sure which street reaches that lot. Playgrounds were great. Many kids and families out, many dogs being walked and playing in dog park. Many people walking/ jogging, teens/ young adults playing volleyball. I was happily surprised to see how diverse the crowd was for Adairsville! Maybe I'm ignorant to that, but I used to see little diversity there-- maybe things are changing. But as a kid of mixed nationalities, and someone who grew up in a diverse place, I love to see it becoming the norm in smaller towns. Anywho, we enjoyed this park! Had a good amount of families on a Sunday afternoon. Lots of kids to play with. It was good to find a spot that brought the community together. Swings, spinner thing, climbing structure and slides, etc. My son enjoyed the bigger kids playground. Weather was great!

The initial training was thorough and quick and easy for anyone to understand. If you needed assistance at any point they were there to help. This experience is not for the fearful or timid, but my friend who was apprehensive at first was very enthusiastic about the final "Double Dare" zipline at the end. If you're looking for a good time in the trees Daredevil will deliver!

Some of them were..not so great, and more interested in flirting with their co-workers than making sure people were being taken care of. That's OK if you work at say, Bojangles. Not so cool if people are swinging between trees on just five minutes of training. I had read some scary reviews before going, and I think some were a bit exaggerated...still, there were definitely points where I didn't feel safe. Is anchoring a bunch of lines into a dead tree OK? I'm no zip line expert, but that seems like some pretty questionable engineering. All in all, I'd say 80% of the staff were really good, and 80% of the runs seemed legit. I think if they could shore up the other 20% and boot out the 17 year-old staff members who don't give a sh*t, this place could be really awesome.

I lived in Rome back in '09 for a couple of years, and if this place existed, there would probably be a board with a picture of me saying, "Lifetime customers," because I would totally be in here everyday. For starters, $13 per person for half an hour is not bad. You get to throw a real axe at real wood. This is none of that come one come all place or kiddie plastic axe and foam blocks type of place. The first 30 minutes went by so quickly, because it was so much fun. The games are not automatic interactive, but honestly I liked that fact that they weren't, because for some games, like the wheel of fortune based game, it would have taken forever, so the set up with the projector and the mouse/keyboard were really nice. The only downside to this place was the distance between the throwing lane, tables, and the throwing lane or bathrooms if you are on the back end, but the spaces in the Rome downtown buildings aren't that big to matter where you go, so I don't fault the owner for that. Great place! I hope it stays! Automatic go-to when in Rome.

So, if a party of 4 plays, go to 4 different axe throwing stations in order to play more games for an hr instead of 4 playing on 1 throwing station and playing less games. This just does make good business since. Why not rent 1 station for $25/hr no mater how many people throw at that particular throwing station. That way, more people can throw and buy more food and drink. It's ridiculous for me and my wife to pay $50 bucks/hr just to throw some axes. It's a ripoff. I won't be going back until they fix this issue.

There are so many great parks where I live in Gwinnett County that can be relied upon for cleanliness, available bathrooms, picnic areas, and that are overall great for functions and gatherings, I've gotten spoiled. This was my first time up to Rome on January 2nd, and maybe things were in the condition that they were due to it being the day after a holiday (short staffed or just employees not back to work yet). However, the first thing I noticed about this park is that the bathrooms were filthy and not maintained. There were several stalls, but maybe only one or two were functional and not clean but acceptable. Most of the toilets were overflowing. Tampons and paper littered the floors. It was just not an appealing first time experience because of the bathroom situation. Additionally, there only seemed to be sanitizer inside the stalls and no working sink nearby. So this added to the feelings of filth. You could flush most (not all) of the toilets, but even then you'd have to press the buttons really hard. Getting past the bathrooms, there were several picnic areas, nice views of the Oostanaula River (which I'd never heard of, but thanks to Google now I have), at least three different play areas for the kids, a seemingly nice set of trails to wander, a stage for performances, and ample parking. Overall, the park itself was nice, but it seems like a better place for locals and not really convenient if you're from out of town. If you don't mind the filthy restrooms or are fine with stopping at a gas station on the way in or out, then I'd recommend this spot just to walk or picnic at or to bring the kids to play. If you live in the area, obviously, just go at home, if you prefer. For me personally, it was a nice place to stop and have lunch at after a long drive, but I think "when in Rome" I'll just go straight to Berry College next time which is what I really would like to check out in the area and see if there's an outdoor space to just eat there while visiting.

It's located in a beautiful area near the river and definitely reminded me of old world southern country club when I arrived complete with foyers, sitting rooms, chandeliers, fireplaces in several rooms, and a full staff in uniform. I gave it 3 stars because it is so old fashioned that it's pretty outdated and the chairs were banquet style and pretty uncomfortable to sit in for several hours. We were in an upstairs room and were served buffet style. The food was average and included some limited salad options, chicken breasts done piccata style, but there was no pasta to pair it with which I found odd. Instead there was a bland herb rice. There was also some kind of beef dish that I don't know if it really has a name, it was pieces of beef in a dark sauce, but it also didn't have much flavor. Other sides included: very dense mashed potatoes, steamed green beans with almond slivers, and steamed veggies (squash i believe). The staff was very nice and the room was effective for the Q&A panel but I was really unimpressed with the food, and would have rather had the Q&A in the classroom we were using because the chairs were a lot more comfortable.
