Great patio setup with music, sand volleyball courts, cornhole, even badminton outside and TV's and dart inside. It's only open seasonally though I think the season could be stretched longer; I live here and I can tell you with better marketing they'd have no problem doing just that and doing great business. Again this is just the place you want to go if you're itching for a nice sports bar in town.

While the gym is pretty decent for the most part: lots of machines, spread-out, saunas, lockers, etc...much of the place looked kind of rundown. So many areas were undergoing construction. In the gym AND the locker rooms. It looks like a really nice gym upon first glance, but it's fairly rundown inside. I arrived close to 6, and then close to 7, a worker tapped my shoulder and told me they close at 7. Upon arriving for the first time, this same worker didn't tell me what time the club closed at all. While he did give me a tour of the place and told me about the gym, he forgot to mention the important detail that it closed at 7. Regardless, I still had a pretty good workout. If they could just do some cleanup and renovate a little quicker, I would've given this review 1-2 more stars. But until the fix the fact that this placed looks rundown and beat-up inside, it will stay 3 stars. There is plenty of parking in front of the club which is nice. It's also free. It's attached to Lenox Mall, so plenty of parking. I don't know if I would come back until renovations were complete.

Strong performance requires intentional recovery. Life Time has reminded me of that truth. For me, the traditional sauna has become a favorite place to reflect, pray, recover, and simply be still. It is often in those quiet moments that I find clarity, gratitude, and perspective. What has surprised me most is how much our entire family loves it. My daughter is having a blast with the pools, water slides, and activities. The outdoor beach club atmosphere, music, and weekend events make it feel more like a resort than a gym. My husband has found a place to exercise, stay active, and invest in his health as well. We joined thinking we were purchasing a fitness membership. What we found was community, family experiences, wellness, recovery, inspiration, and joy. In a world that constantly tells us to do more, Life Time reminds us that our health, our families, and our well-being are worth investing in too. Grateful we made the decision.

I've been a member for about four years now, and…read morethe staff has consistently been amazing--friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time I walk in. While it may seem like there's "not much to review" when it comes to gyms, I genuinely believe not all gyms are the same. Onelife clearly takes pride in their space. The facility is clean, the machines are well-maintained and up to date, and they pay attention to the little details (which I definitely notice). The personal training rates are also very reasonable, and overall, the vibe is exactly what I look for in a gym. You can tell most people are there to actually work out--not just hang around, socialize, or hold up equipment. I really appreciate being in an environment where people are focused, respectful, and using the gym for what it's meant for. If you're looking for a gym that feels welcoming, well-run, and truly built for people who want to move and improve, Onelife Fitness Perimeter is it. I'd also like to give a shout out to the general manager Kamera, she is an absolute ray of sunshine.

Lots of cardio machines on both floors and a designated stretching area and cross fit section. They sell protein shakes, energy drinks and snacks. They also offer amenities like massage chairs and saunas. This location does not have a pool. Only comment I can add is the guy working at the reception can be a little more lively. Just gave off the vibe he didn't want to be there.
