They offer quite a variety of classes and have the most up-to-date, nicest equipment including full cadillac reformers. Sign up for a jump board (cardio Pilates), Pilates aligned, Core-Align, Pilates chair, or a mat class. Highly recommend all of them! The instructors here are so knowledgeable and really help push you to your fullest potential. The location can be a bit confusing to find if you are unfamiliar with the area, as its located in the back of the Tannery Row building (but the GPS brings you to the front). Thankfully, when texting with the studio regarding my appointment, they informed me that they are located in the back and this made things easier. I signed up for the introductory Private Pilates Package which allows me 5 Private Pilates sessions for $200. I have never taken a Pilates class in my life, so I was a bit nervous and intimidated. My instructor, Josee, was very warm, welcoming and explained everything we were doing in detail. The studio itself is really nice as well. It is spacious, open and has several different rooms for the various classes. They offer Yoga (aerial, prenatal, etc), Kettlebell, Pilates and more. I called multiple times before class started and no one answered, and there were no instructions or signage indicating where to enter. The doors were locked, leaving me standing outside unsure of what to do. When someone finally came to the door, I was met with an extremely rude response and told I was not allowed to join the class and should instead "reserve" (and pay for) the 6:00 PM class. This was especially frustrating considering it took me over 35 minutes to get there, and the delay was caused by their own failure to provide basic directions or answer the phone. Poor communication, locked doors, and dismissive staff made this a complete waste of time (1.5+ hours of driving and swearing). I would not recommend this studio to anyone.

Owner, Lori Denton, is so sweet and instructs weekly at this studio (she owns/operates multiple yoga/pilates studios around the area). Her classes are fantastic for all levels, and will teach you so much about your practice and how to continue growing and pushing yourself further. It's a beautiful space with plenty of reformers and cubby space for personal belongings. I attend the reformer "power" and "sculpt" pilates classes, and I always leave feeling more aligned and like I got the best full body workout. I also highly recommend taking Melissa's classes. She is amazing! It's hard to find instructors who are truly there to watch your form closely and correct any positioning while offering modifications, and Melissa always makes sure to connect with every person in the class and she's also super encouraging which will inspire you to push beyond your boundaries.

The hot yoga is a bit too hot for me, and they use the same routine every time, which a lot of people love! I joined for a trail month, and plan on continuing the three months I'll be here for work. I also have only tried hot classes, I look forward to trying the other classes! One suggestion I would make. I hate hot summer weather 90s+, but I absolutely love these infrared saunas. I'll take it over the hot outdoors any day. Also, you can workout 24/7. So even if you have a weird schedule they're always "open" for members. Worried you get bored easily? This is for you! There are a multitude of sessions to choose from and the virtual instructor videos for each change out pretty often on a set rotation. The saunas (yes, saunas!) are set up with ISO workouts on one side and HIIT workouts on the other. There are 8 saunas. Your ISO workouts consist of Hot ISO, Hot Buns (glutes and legs focus), Hot Bands (arms and upper body focus), Hot Barre None (Barre without the bar), Hot Core, Hot Pilates, Hot Warrior, and Hot Stretch. All of them will give you a full body workout and trust me you'll earn the burn. For HIIT you have Cycle, Blast, and Thunder (rowing). All of them are great. Quick 15min time blocks so you can easily squeeze in two workouts in 30min. I personally like to do a few HIIT sessions or a HIIT and an ISO, but they're all great on their own. There is also the FX zone with weights and machines for you to add additional strength training if you desire. I've lost over 120 pounds over the last three years and though I do have some loose skin I'd credit the consistent workouts and infrared sauna with helping to lessen that.
