I just felt like she knew more about my core than a regular physical therapist, and I was right! She was able to start me at the most basic level, that I never thought I would have to begin at, and it was perfect. She has such a knowledge of how the body moves, and needs to move, and so many ways to modify any movement or exercise. She's really good at meeting you at your level, and knowing when to push you just a little bit more to get beyond it. I have come so far in my recovery! I am now able to do almost everything I used to do, which was a lot. I can now do physical work, backpack, bicycle, run, motorcycle, play disc golf again, etc. Everyone else I know who has had these type of injuries has needed at least 2-3 years to get back to what they felt was normal. And I didn't have to go through any painful, dry needling or any other of that intense therapy. With just one session a week, the only additional work I've done is to engage my core when I'm being active, lots of self massage in the beginning and stretching now with essential oils. Also, full disclosure, I've had occasional Reiki and monthly Network chiropractic. I am by no means an ideal client, nor am I obsessed with Pilates. Kinda wish I was, 'cause I'd be that much stronger, but I'm actually pretty lazy and just busy with everything else in my life! I can see that as strong as I've become, there is still plenty of room for even more improvement, and Diannah has a lot more to offer me. I totally credit Diannah's Pilates work with a huge part of my recovering my life again! She's also a great conversationalist, which after more than a year of regular sessions, makes her still really nice to still be around!

This has been resolved with Diannah's recommendations for changes in my posture and giving me exercises to do during the work day along with Pilates. She is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and has been able to work with me and my limitations and I'm confident she can do the same with you. I called to reserve and he welcomed me to the first class by text. I've been really happy with the workouts, even though I have never been a morning workout person. The programs are varied and efficient. Matthew does not have a 'drill sargeant' style, so my preconceptions of 'boot camps' are not a problem. It is go your own pace, if you're feeling it or not on any given day, if you can just make it to class, there's a workout for you. 530am class is generally busiest. 630, 730, and 830 classes currently have room for more students. Matthew is easy to talk to, so just let him know any concerns or goals. Or just workout. He offers a generous Free week trial, so no reason not to try.

She is highly trained and holds multiple high level certifications through BASI for Pilates, but also has a background involving physical therapy. The combination of both makes her knowledge and ability to instruct any type of person/body, no matter their fitness level/background, unmatched. I started at Equilibrium in January 2025 at 6 months post-partum and the last fitness activity being in my high school days over 10 years ago. I appreciate her slow, focused approach to getting you started, as you'll always start with several one-on-one private classes to prepare you before you move into groups. I felt so much more confident in the group setting because of this! Group reformer & tower classes typically have 3 students, with an absolute max of 4. I also love this because she can still pay very close attention to all students in the class and provide individual corrections as needed. Paola is amazing, but she also has the highest of high standards for her facility and any staff. I know from experience that any of the other instructors on staff are highly trained and follow the same methods and teaching styles as Paola, so you really cannot go wrong with taking classes with anyone at Equilibrium.

She is very attentive, professional yet warm. The kids safety is her priority! She responds straight away via her personal cell. There are two coaches. One is a woman and the other is the other owner... Craig the hubby :) He is fun and engaging. He makes learning CrossFit fun for the kids. I have one son who is all into activities like these. I have a daughter who is a little over weight, reason we are here, and hates stuff like this; however, she loves this place. They both do!! People here are friendly, fun and serious about their journey. They are great with teaching the kids proper form which was my main concern! And keeping it engaging. Secretly I'm kinda watching the adults too! Their program with their fun coach seems pretty solid also. Love this place. As long as the hours and days work with ours, we will be here for a very long time. Parking is right outside and plentiful! We pay one price which allows us to come 3 times a week!

We walked in and were stared at weird. 2 women in front of gym looked back and ignored us. A gym member pointed at us and told the coach we may need help then she finally turned back around to address us. The vibe was very stuck up and not welcoming. We decided to try the free workout since we were already there. But to top off the bad experiences, the coach (don't remember her name but she was an older woman with short dark hair) was all over my husband l. Kept following him to speak to make convo and giving him extra attention. Pretty shameless and unprofessional. We both felt extremely uncomfortable. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the workout was actually good.
