This was our first visit, recommended by a friend. This restaurant was just taken over and we were told they were changing the menu from mostly seafood to more traditional Mexican dishes. The interior was larger than we expected, decorated in a seafood-playa motif. Enough about the restaurant let's talk food, a large menu. Lots of seafood from oysters to crab legs to different fishes. We started with a creamy avacado and a creamy habanero salsas , good alone, better on food. Our main course was a 10 jumbo shrimp fajitas with ham, bacon and pineapple covered in melted cheese, worth every penny. It was accompanied with the usual rice, refried beans and a red, white and green salad. Washed that down with a top shelf margarita, a perfect ending. Highly recommend this restaurant, Viva Vallarta.
