I bought my son a brand new Kia from Petra Kia (Las Cruces) last year. He was told he could take it…read moreto the El Paso Kia dealer for services. Somehow every time he goes, they give him some BS answer and give him a hard time getting his services done. Bottomline, 1 star. I would avoid this place for their poor services.

Avoid This Dealership at All Costs - A Nightmare Experience with the Kia EV9 Purchase!…read more I don't even know where to begin with how horrendous my entire experience has been through this dealership. After multiple failed attempts to buy from local Phoenix dealerships, I vented my frustrations on the Facebook Kia EV9 USA Owners page. That's when I was contacted by Isaiah Reed, a salesperson who claimed to be a reputable dealer and promised me a smooth, remote purchase experience. At first, his communication was a breath of fresh air compared to the nightmare I had encountered with Phoenix dealers. Boy, was I wrong to believe that things were finally turning around. The dealership completely misquoted my purchase / finance terms, at least 3 times... Then they miscalculated the county taxes, and then put me in a position where I had pay the difference of around $1,800 out of pocket, or my financing terms would change yet again. It gets worse -- they didn't disclose that a mobile charger wasn't included with the vehicle. When I complained, they provided one, but that was only after I had to put repeated pressure on them. As if that wasn't bad enough, the vehicle arrived with significant physical paint damage and dings to the driver-side rear quarter panel, which was NOT disclosed beforehand. The salesperson, Isaiah, tried to act like he had no idea about the damage, even though the dealership had signed off on my delivery approval BEFORE the car even left their lot, in order to set up my Kia All Access app. How is that even possible? After days of complaining to Isaiah about the significant paint damage, I was told to go obtain a quote from a body shop for the repairs. There is over THREE THOUSAND dollars worth of damage to the exterior of the vehicle and now Isaiah and his manager Miguel are saying they'll only cover HALF of the repair cost, since they can supposedly fix it themselves for a quarter of the price... Here's a suggestion, Isaiah & Miguel... If you could've fixed it for so much less.., why wasn't the repair made BEFORE YOU SOLD THE VEHICLE?!? I feel as though this dealership completely preyed on the fact that this was a purchase that was made remotely and took advantage of the opportunity to sell a damaged vehicle without taking responsibility for damage they were responsible for! The cherry on top? The vehicle has a noticeable vibration at speeds over 60 mph. Given that I knew this was an issue with certain EV9s, based on the EV9 USA Owners Facebook page, I questioned Isaiah about this while he was on his way to Arizona with the car. He outright denied any vibration, only to later admit, after I'd taken delivery, that he "thought it was normal" because his Ioniq 5 supposedly has the same issue. This car was transported from El Paso, TX to Gilbert, AZ, and I never had the opportunity to inspect it or test drive it before signing the documents. And when I confronted Isaiah about the issues post-delivery, I was met with nothing but excuses and a refusal to take responsibility. In fact, Isaiah and Miguel have continued to gaslight and patronize me, saying that they are making efforts to make things right when they haven't actually taken care of a SINGLE thing, other than to ship me a mobile charger after I repeatedly complained. The dealership's alternative solution?.. They're telling me to bring the car back to El Paso--over 325 MILES AWAY--to fix the problems. Let's get this straight: I just dropped $75k on this vehicle, and now they're asking me to drive halfway across Arizona AND all of New Mexico.., for repairs that should have been handled before delivery? This is completely unacceptable! I'm beyond disappointed, and I'm left feeling completely scammed by this shady, unethical dealership. I feel like I've been taken advantage of from the moment Isaiah solicited me on Facebook, and I'm still paying for it in frustration, poor service, and a car that is nowhere near what I expected. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this dealership at all costs!

After 12 previous Lexus, all of them RXs, and three from this store alone, I somehow got a lemon…read more I shared photos and videos with the GM to help fix the problem, but no response. After 8 days of putting my car in service with a local service center, the problem persisted. The Lemon law or buy back process is horrendously long, so I asked Fox Lexus to do an exchange. Their only offer is a step down for $80 / mo more. My current car is AWD Premium Plus but he is trying to give me a Basic one for more money. WHY? Because there's no equity in the current car. Gee... it's a lemon and it came from your store! It's not time to make more money from me as a new sale, it's time to eat it and do the right thing! At least you could use this car as a loaner... I drive long distances! I can't be stuck on the road at night, again!

I absolutely loved my sales agent, Argentina Rodriguez! She was wonderful and she gets 5 stars!…read more However....when it comes to the service department.... I live two hours away and when I traveled to Fox Lexus to have my initial 5000-mile checkup. I was told was supposed to be a fairly quick process. My appointment was at 11:15 and I was there 10 minutes before. My Service Advisor, Art, checked me in and talked to me while chewing some food and asked if I would be leaving or staying. I explained I was from out of town and would stay. He then proceeded to go to lunch for (at least) the next two hours. He apparently did not tell anyone that I was waiting for my vehicle. At 1:30, I finally asked another service advisor if my vehicle was finished and she proceeded to help me. At that point he was still not back. So, I sat in the waiting room, during the lunch hour and watched others come in after me and leave before me. I was never offered anything or spoken to after my initial conversation with Arturo until I approached the other service advisor two hours later. What in the world did they think I was doing there for two hours? From what I could tell my vehicle had been ready for some time because after the service, it was washed. I checked to see if it was still wet anywhere. It was very dry and likely sitting there for a very long time. It is apparent that there are not appropriate systems in place for communication of important information. I would be hard pressed to recommend Fox Lexus for its lack of commitment to the customer (AFTER) they have purchased a vehicle. If anyone is wondering, I bought a 2025 GX 550.

Worst place ever!!!!…read more Do not get your car at this place. They just want to make a sale. They do not care about their customers. It took them 8 months to get us out licenses plate. They also told me I was going to have a 5.6% interest rate and it comes to find out I actually have a 6.5% interest rate. This place is a joke and they will scam you.

Please stay away from this place. About two months ago my car got totaled of course needed a car…read more Came here because I wanted a RELIABLE car at a reasonable price. I found a 2012 Corolla around 8000. I put 1000 down and did all the paper work. They were extremely disorganized and the car salesman didn't know what he was doing. Almost as if he wasn't all there. Time passed and I got the good news that I got approved at GECU at an awesome interest rate. I even got the letter in the mail. After that, they all of a sudden came out of the blue and told me that after further evaluation that GECU denied it. So all that they could do for me was to finance in house at a BI-WEEKLY payment of $168! For a 2012 Corolla! I said no, and told them I would speak to GECU myself. They weren't very happy when I said that. I had the car for one more weekend till the Monday that I would speak to gecu. That Sunday the car died on me and it wouldn't even start with jumper cables. Prior to this happening, it had happened a few times but was still able to start back up, so they had already been told something was wrong and they told me they would look at it. They never did. I assume they would inspect the car after I would agree to their outrageous deal. I ended up leaving the car at the mall, and I decided I didn't even want the car anymore. The car failing me and dealing with them was a complete nightmare. Took them the key and told them they could tow it and asked for my $1000 down payment back, which I received 3 days later. Oh!! And I forgot to mention that they told me that GECU told best way autos that I went into GECU MYSELF and changed my income. I NEVER EVEN WENT IN TO GECU! Finally went to gecu to ask what the hell was going on. Gecu said that they asked for pay stubs and that they sent them in, but came out looking too dark so asked them to resend them. They never did and they also never sent in a packet for gecu to review. Also a lot of information was wrong about my income and how long I worked at my current job. GECU told me that I was approved and they were just waiting on best way autos to go through with it. Sorry this is so long guys. Just can't believe how horrible and shady that place is. STAY AWAY!
