Deep scratches and scuffs all over rear driver-side quarter panel.

Avoid This Dealership at All Costs - A Nightmare Experience with the Kia EV9 Purchase! I don't even know where to begin with how horrendous my entire experience has been through this dealership. After multiple failed attempts to buy from local Phoenix dealerships, I vented my frustrations on the Facebook Kia EV9 USA Owners page. That's when I was contacted by Isaiah Reed, a salesperson who claimed to be a reputable dealer and promised me a smooth, remote purchase experience. At first, his communication was a breath of fresh air compared to the nightmare I had encountered with Phoenix dealers. Boy, was I wrong to believe that things were finally turning around. The dealership completely misquoted my purchase / finance terms, at least 3 times... Then they miscalculated the county taxes, and then put me in a position where I had pay the difference of around $1,800 out of pocket, or my financing terms would change yet again. It gets worse -- they didn't disclose that a mobile charger wasn't included with the vehicle. When I complained, they provided one, but that was only after I had to put repeated pressure on them. As if that wasn't bad enough, the vehicle arrived with significant physical paint damage and dings to the driver-side rear quarter panel, which was NOT disclosed beforehand. The salesperson, Isaiah, tried to act like he had no idea about the damage, even though the dealership had signed off on my delivery approval BEFORE the car even left their lot, in order to set up my Kia All Access app. How is that even possible? After days of complaining to Isaiah about the significant paint damage, I was told to go obtain a quote from a body shop for the repairs. There is over THREE THOUSAND dollars worth of damage to the exterior of the vehicle and now Isaiah and his manager Miguel are saying they'll only cover HALF of the repair cost, since they can supposedly fix it themselves for a quarter of the price... Here's a suggestion, Isaiah & Miguel... If you could've fixed it for so much less.., why wasn't the repair made BEFORE YOU SOLD THE VEHICLE?!? I feel as though this dealership completely preyed on the fact that this was a purchase that was made remotely and took advantage of the opportunity to sell a damaged vehicle without taking responsibility for damage they were responsible for! The cherry on top? The vehicle has a noticeable vibration at speeds over 60 mph. Given that I knew this was an issue with certain EV9s, based on the EV9 USA Owners Facebook page, I questioned Isaiah about this while he was on his way to Arizona with the car. He outright denied any vibration, only to later admit, after I'd taken delivery, that he "thought it was normal" because his Ioniq 5 supposedly has the same issue. This car was transported from El Paso, TX to Gilbert, AZ, and I never had the opportunity to inspect it or test drive it before signing the documents. And when I confronted Isaiah about the issues post-delivery, I was met with nothing but excuses and a refusal to take responsibility. In fact, Isaiah and Miguel have continued to gaslight and patronize me, saying that they are making efforts to make things right when they haven't actually taken care of a SINGLE thing, other than to ship me a mobile charger after I repeatedly complained. The dealership's alternative solution?.. They're telling me to bring the car back to El Paso--over 325 MILES AWAY--to fix the problems. Let's get this straight: I just dropped $75k on this vehicle, and now they're asking me to drive halfway across Arizona AND all of New Mexico.., for repairs that should have been handled before delivery? This is completely unacceptable! I'm beyond disappointed, and I'm left feeling completely scammed by this shady, unethical dealership. I feel like I've been taken advantage of from the moment Isaiah solicited me on Facebook, and I'm still paying for it in frustration, poor service, and a car that is nowhere near what I expected. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this dealership at all costs!

Fantastic service and they care about you. Before, during and after the sale. We are customers for life.

Dirty vehicle after being cleaned at Casa Kia.
Jessica A.

I bought a car from Casa Kia for my son. When I bought the car I told them to clean it and I would pick it up on Monday. During the negotiations to purchase the car I was told it would be cleaned because it was a used vehicle. They refused to keep the vehicle to be cleaned and released the car that night as filthy as it was. I took the car the following Tuesday to get cleaned, waited about 2 hours and the "cleaning" job was poor. When the car was bought I was informed that someone would call me to notify me the plates were ready. On August 17, 2020 the tags expired so I called on August 19, 2020 to inquire about the plates. The male operator (Emmanuel) on the phone could not find me in their system to have bought the car from Casa Kia and could not give me an idea of what happened to the plates. I was told that the person in charge of the plates was not available until the following day after 09:00am. On August 20, 2020, I called again at 09:32am and she was still not available and would not be able to get new tags for the car until the person was available. In the afternoon I called twice and no one answers the phone. Customer service is horrible. Your customer service is reactive instead of proactive. If the plates are being delayed due to DMV and pandemic you should be calling customers to ensure that the tags do not expire while the plates arrive and replacing the tags as needed. As for the cleaning job that is just sad.

Very disappointed in the purchase I did back in February 2025. I purchased a 2014 Mercedes CLA250…read more I was told everything was 100%. few weeks later I found out the battery was completely the wrong kind. Mercedes requires a gel battery (I paid $400) which the car came with a cheap acid battery. Later the car broke down on me and wouldn't start. I spoke to the owner and he I had to pay half of the repairs even with "warranty" the vehicle had. That's another $400. and finally, 8 months later the vehicle completely gave out on me while I was on the freeway. I paid for a tow truck and called the owner Arnie again. He said the warranty I had was only for 6 months not the 8 months I was told it was for. He said he'd see what he can do but after texts and calls he never reached back out. very disappointed considering I gave $5000 as a down payment, and I am now stuck on a 60-month finance for a non-working vehicle. I recommend you go elsewhere for a reliable vehicle or have a mechanic inspect the vehicle after purchasing. This is my real review, not those fake ones you see on google. had I just gotten the proper help or a replacement vehicle I would've kept my original good reviews I gave them. Sucks things were left the way they were. I was originally extremely happy with my purchase......

As the byline states: "At CarMax, we'll buy your car even if you don't buy ours". That's what I…read morecame here to do. And I'll let you all know right now....it is a grueling, drawn out process. My main complaint is that the expediency (not to mention the attention span) of the employees here are much to be desired. It took nearly 4 hours to sell my truck, which felt like 8 hours, but should have taken maybe 2 hours. Biggest reason for this: after the guy sat down and went over the specs, driving history and condition of my truck, he "forgot" to call me back for the final appraisal. He said he lost my number, which makes no sense seeing as how they enter it into a computer. But I digress. So anyway, there I sat like the impatient goober that I am in the lobby for what felt like an eternity. If I hadn't gotten up to bug the clerks again, I'd have probably sat there till closing time. I dispatch this caveat to you all to say: should you sell a car here, be sure to stay on top of them if it's been longer than an hour or so. It only takes 30 minutes max for them to conduct the inspection of the vehicle. The longest part was everything else; getting seen, running the appraisal and finally...cutting the check. True, they give you the money on the spot....after you've signed away what feels like your life via the 8 pages of contractual blah-blah-blah. Be sure to do your KBB research prior to coming here so you have at least some idea of how much payment to expect. 9 times out of 10, they WILL undercut the Blue Book price by at least a few hundred dollars. That said, CarMax is alright. They certainly beat out their competitors at webuycars.com. The latter claimed they could only offer up to $1000 for my truck. Obviously, I turned them down for a slightly better offer from CarMax. At least they were a lot closer to the KBB range. It was still low, but I felt I needed to accept what I could get at that point. Especially after already sacrificing 4+ hours of my life I'll never get back. A lot of you are probably wondering why I didn't just sell my truck privately. I'm gonna be honest with you: I didn't feel like dealing with the hassle. Too many risks for potentially getting ripped off, doxed, or a return from some angry buyer claiming the vehicle was worse off than it actually was. In short, I just wanted it done right and quickly. In the end, this is the place to go if you want to sell your old vehicle quickly and not get completely ripped off. Don't expect to make a fortune or anything, but....expect a somewhat decent price for not having to sell it privately. One day, I may return to one of these to buy my son an affordable car when the time comes. For now, I'm giving CarMax 3 lonely customers waiting a millennia in the lobby out of 5.

After 8 days of putting my car in service with a local service center, the problem persisted. The Lemon law or buy back process is horrendously long, so I asked Fox Lexus to do an exchange. Their only offer is a step down for $80 / mo more. My current car is AWD Premium Plus but he is trying to give me a Basic one for more money. WHY? Because there's no equity in the current car. Gee... it's a lemon and it came from your store! It's not time to make more money from me as a new sale, it's time to eat it and do the right thing! At least you could use this car as a loaner... I live two hours away and when I traveled to Fox Lexus to have my initial 5000-mile checkup. I was told was supposed to be a fairly quick process. My appointment was at 11:15 and I was there 10 minutes before. My Service Advisor, Art, checked me in and talked to me while chewing some food and asked if I would be leaving or staying. I explained I was from out of town and would stay. He then proceeded to go to lunch for (at least) the next two hours. He apparently did not tell anyone that I was waiting for my vehicle. At 1:30, I finally asked another service advisor if my vehicle was finished and she proceeded to help me. At that point he was still not back. So, I sat in the waiting room, during the lunch hour and watched others come in after me and leave before me. I was never offered anything or spoken to after my initial conversation with Arturo until I approached the other service advisor two hours later. What in the world did they think I was doing there for two hours? From what I could tell my vehicle had been ready for some time because after the service, it was washed. I checked to see if it was still wet anywhere. It was very dry and likely sitting there for a very long time. It is apparent that there are not appropriate systems in place for communication of important information. I would be hard pressed to recommend Fox Lexus for its lack of commitment to the customer (AFTER) they have purchased a vehicle. If anyone is wondering, I bought a 2025 GX 550.
