    SCAM ALERT!!!! 0 stars, brought my 2019 ram 1500 hemi (my business vehicle) in with noise coming from the camshaft and lifters, the dealership quoted me $22,000 dollars for a new engine with $3000 in labor, and $19,000 for a new engine, I will be retrieving my vehicle tomorrow, hiring a carrier to transport my truck to FL to my TRUSTED mechanic to fix AND STILL NOT PAY EVEN HALF OF THE MONEY THESE SCAMMERS ARE TRYING TO SQUEEZE ME FOR!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! They are 100% scammers only looking to rob you blind! Listen to all the negative reviews and do not gamble on it!!! Update: picked my truck up from the dealership yesterday and getting shipped to FL today, new engine with unlimited mile 3 year warranty, and delivery to my mechanic 1200 miles away, $12,000 with completion guaranteed by the end of this month (18 days). Dont waste your time with this dealership.

    So my baby needed an oil change and since it only takes a full synthetic oil, I wanted to be certain she was taken care of properly. I had called around and pretty much everywhere else they wanted $90-$110 for it but luckily I found a coupon from Mopar for $49.99 so I scheduled it. Next day I'm there@8am and was greeted and taken care of. Took about an hour to complete and overall I was happy as was my baby but I would have liked a courtesy car wash but nada. Maybe next time but overall she's a happy camper as am I.

After 8 days of putting my car in service with a local service center, the problem persisted. The Lemon law or buy back process is horrendously long, so I asked Fox Lexus to do an exchange. Their only offer is a step down for $80 / mo more. My current car is AWD Premium Plus but he is trying to give me a Basic one for more money. WHY? Because there's no equity in the current car. Gee... it's a lemon and it came from your store! It's not time to make more money from me as a new sale, it's time to eat it and do the right thing! At least you could use this car as a loaner... I drive long distances! I can't be stuck on the road at night, again!

I live two hours away and when I traveled to Fox Lexus to have my initial 5000-mile checkup. I was told was supposed to be a fairly quick process. My appointment was at 11:15 and I was there 10 minutes before. My Service Advisor, Art, checked me in and talked to me while chewing some food and asked if I would be leaving or staying. I explained I was from out of town and would stay. He then proceeded to go to lunch for (at least) the next two hours. He apparently did not tell anyone that I was waiting for my vehicle. At 1:30, I finally asked another service advisor if my vehicle was finished and she proceeded to help me. At that point he was still not back. So, I sat in the waiting room, during the lunch hour and watched others come in after me and leave before me. I was never offered anything or spoken to after my initial conversation with Arturo until I approached the other service advisor two hours later. What in the world did they think I was doing there for two hours? From what I could tell my vehicle had been ready for some time because after the service, it was washed. I checked to see if it was still wet anywhere. It was very dry and likely sitting there for a very long time. It is apparent that there are not appropriate systems in place for communication of important information. I would be hard pressed to recommend Fox Lexus for its lack of commitment to the customer (AFTER) they have purchased a vehicle. If anyone is wondering, I bought a 2025 GX 550.

Mercedes requires a gel battery (I paid $400) which the car came with a cheap acid battery. Later the car broke down on me and wouldn't start. I spoke to the owner and he I had to pay half of the repairs even with "warranty" the vehicle had. That's another $400. and finally, 8 months later the vehicle completely gave out on me while I was on the freeway. I paid for a tow truck and called the owner Arnie again. He said the warranty I had was only for 6 months not the 8 months I was told it was for. He said he'd see what he can do but after texts and calls he never reached back out. very disappointed considering I gave $5000 as a down payment, and I am now stuck on a 60-month finance for a non-working vehicle. I recommend you go elsewhere for a reliable vehicle or have a mechanic inspect the vehicle after purchasing. This is my real review, not those fake ones you see on google. had I just gotten the proper help or a replacement vehicle I would've kept my original good reviews I gave them. Sucks things were left the way they were. I was originally extremely happy with my purchase......

I own a 2025 Rav4 and a 2025 Corolla, and I just had a bad customer service experience. I expierenced a complete blowout on my Rav4, the rear tire just blew completely out. (I have yet to take this vehicle on a dirt road.) The issue is; I called HoyFox about 10 times and each time I was told I would get transfered to service department each time there was no one there to accept my call. That began at 10:30am I finally spoke to a female at about 3pm and explained how long I had tried to get a hold of someone. She said no problem just bring it in and we will take a look at it. When I arrived I read signs that said stay in vehicle until an attendant comes out. Well I sat there for 10 minutes and nobody came out. So I went in and all the attendants were on thier PCs checking I don't know facebook or some social media. I got one of them to help me and he charged me $321.00 for a tire that they didn't have on hand, and then stated the tire would not arrive until Friday. So I had my wife pick me up and we went home of course I was fuming. So the next morning I came back and said I didn't want the tire because I could get it cheaper at Discount tire with a warranty. The service agent immediately got defensive and said there would be a restocking fee, so of course I ask for the manager. I said you don't have the tire here why is there a restocking fee. I paid cash for the tire, and was told I would have to wait 3-7 days for a check as a refund. I brought my vehicle to HoyFox on 24 Mar 2026 for repair. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the level of quality and reliability I expect from Toyota. I have purchased 2 vehicles here and paid cash for both. I would expect better custometr service than what they offered yesterday and today. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally.
