I was originally told to drop my car off before the end of the day and that they would work on it and have it done by tomorrow morning. I dropped my car off around 4pm and Andy mentioned that they would actually be able to start on my vehicle right away and try and get it done before they close. I got a call an hour later letting me know it was done (and at a very, very reasonable price)! As seen in the photos, the install went well, with perfect alignment of the tips to the diffuser and to each other. Also, the new exhaust is exactly what I wanted! Stock exhaust quiet when idling but opens up nicely when steeping on the gas. I had an amazing first experience with Andy and his team at Pro-Spec Autosport and will definitely be coming back for any future mechanical work or aftermarket parts install!

I dread going through the process of getting quotes etc. knowing that the price and time would be an inconvenience to my busy work schedule. I drove my car in, hoping they'd give me a quick estimate at best and an appointment for (an estimate) another time at worst. Eric came straight out, looked over what needed to be done (I also asked for some scratches to be buffed out) and gave me an estimate of time and price. The guys took my trim off whilst I waited, then I left to return a couple of weeks later to have the license plate and trim reattached, as well as scratches buffed out. Some of the scratches were pretty bad, but the staff warned me not to expect them to be perfectly removed, which was what I'd already suspected. For the price, they did a great job. Often times, I expect to be denigrated in one way or another (it's just my experience in life) when I seek service for my car, renovations to my house, etc... however, the staff at Mike's Auto Body have always been respectful toward me. Mike gave me the confidence to go back this time, so I assume the professional and respectful behaviour comes from the top down. I truly won't go anywhere else. The price, though excellent, was secondary to the professionalism and respect the staff show me.

I…read moretook my 2 year old vehicle in for an oil change and was told my passenger CV axle was shot, the boot torn, and fluid was everywhere in my engine bay and needed to be cleaned. While they pushed me hard to have the repair done immediately, I instead went home, lifted the car, and checked myself. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, boot was intact, and I hadn't heard any issues coming from the right-side when driving. A week later, I took my vehicle to a dealership and they confirmed that nothing is wrong. The dealership even asked for the name of this shop so they could report it to the BBB. They also do not wear masks inside the shop. Beware!

I sold my previous vehicle expecting to take delivery of the car I purchased from Eastside, and I have now been without a vehicle for well over a month. Because Eastside still has my money, I also cannot purchase a replacement vehicle while I continue waiting for the refund they promised. I wired Eastside Motoring the full purchase price for a 2018 BMW M3 on July 14. The car was never delivered because Lorenzo said he was unable to obtain the title from the previous owner due to an unresolved dispute. He personally confirmed in writing on August 15 that I would receive a refund, but I am still waiting. I have called, emailed, texted, and left voicemails, including contacting Lorenzo on his personal cell, only to have promised callbacks and updates repeatedly go unfulfilled. I'm disgusted by how this has been handled and have completely lost confidence in this dealership's integrity. I will update this review if the situation is resolved.
