Mike and his team do THE best work at reasonable prices. The quality is worth every penny. They were highly responsive and communicative, and were able to get me in the shop fairly quickly. They offer a variety of remote car starters based on your needs and budget, and they take the time to talk you through the options they offer, ask questions about your needs and wants to help them understand what to recommend, and answer any remaining questions you have. I got an inexpensive JVC single DIN unit and with an adapter kit they installed it in my double DIN dashboard. They even installed a very stock looking cubby underneath it. Brilliant, this car has nowhere to put stuff. Unfortunately because of the angle of my dashboard I couldn't read the display on the radio. I called them the next day and asked them if there was some kind of sunshade I could put over the radio because I thought the display was just being washed out by the sun. They called me back quickly and told me to come back and they put a different Alpine unit in it with a different kind of display. No hassle, no extra charge, another every clean install without a single bullet connector or pice of cut wire on the floor. These guys also dba as Sound Sensations. Will totally use them again if I have need.

I scheduled an appointment for 11/4 at 9 AM and dropped the car off the night before. I was told it would take 3-4 hours and they'd call when it was done. They didn't. Of course, they didn't. Hours 3, 4, 5, and 6 went by with zero communication -- not even the bare minimum courtesy you'd expect from a half-functioning business. I finally called around 3 PM and was told they were "wiring the module" and needed another hour. I arrived at 4:15 PM -- still not done. So I sat and waited until 5:15 PM, after the owner had already bailed for the day, before the car was finally finished. As I was being shown the fob, I asked about the passive locking. The tech casually hits me with, "No, you just lock it with the fob." So after 8 hours, they couldn't even manage to install the one thing I specifically requested. His excuse? "No one told me." The lack of communication in this place is honestly impressive -- but only if the goal is to fail. He then told me to come back the next day so he could "just drop the dash and turn it on," like it was as simple as flipping a light switch he forgot existed. I came back the next day -- and shocker, that tech wasn't there. Instead, the owner, John, steps out and immediately contradicts everything his own employee said. He calls the manufacturer and, surprise surprise, the module they installed didn't even support passive locking in the first place. So yes, after wasting an entire day of my time, they had installed the completely wrong hardware. John said he would overnight the correct module and call me when it arrived. He didn't. Naturally. Thursday came and went with no call. I had to call them on Friday, only to be told I now needed yet another full appointment. When I asked how long this so-called "easy fix" was going to take, after hearing that line repeatedly, John responded with the most useless answer imaginable: "It takes whatever it takes. We'll call you." Translation: We have no idea what we're doing, please stop expecting competence. So I dropped the car off Sunday night for a Monday 9 AM appointment. Once again, the entire day passed with zero communication whatsoever. I called at 3:30 PM -- same copy-and-paste excuse: "We're wiring the module, another hour." No call after that, obviously. At 5:03 PM, John leaves a voicemail claiming they're closing because I "wasn't there," even though I was literally five minutes away and had received no updates besides the one call I made. I called back instantly -- straight to voicemail. At 5:07 PM, I arrived to find my car still sitting inside the shop and the place completely closed up. They didn't even have the decency to wait the extra two minutes after leaving the voicemail they should've left hours earlier. This shop is a complete joke. Zero communication, zero professionalism, zero accountability, and nonstop excuses. Two full appointments, two modules, and several days of wasted time -- and they still couldn't deliver the service I originally requested. And to make it worse, the half-baked system they DID install doesn't even work correctly: * If any door except the driver's door is open, the system still locks the vehicle -- totally incorrect behavior. * Once the vehicle auto-locks, it won't unlock with the fob or the app after about 5 minutes. * Only one of the two fobs actually works. * The "alarm" is a sad joke -- all it does is flash the high beams like the car is trying to signal for help. At this point, you could hand the tools to a random passerby and get a cleaner, more accurate installation. Truly, anyone off the street would've done a better job. I genuinely don't think it could've come out any worse unless they intentionally tried to mess it up. Absolute bunch of morons, with a bunch of fake signage claiming they're the best. I think their BBB Accredited sticker on their door is funny, given that the BBB website says "Not Accredited" in big, bold letters.

After walking over and talking to one of the mechanics, Jerry. He told me to pull my car around and he would check it out for me today and give me a call if it's fixable or not worth it (I told him I didn't really want to put money into the car). He said they were super busy today but he will squeeze me in. Once I got there he asked if I could hang for a few min to diagnose the car and checked it out immediately. After lifting the car and checking everything they realized it was a clogged oil filter. It was so clogged that oil wasn't passing through and some of it was leaking everywhere. When they removed it I think a few of the guys got covered in oil (I kinda felt bad to be honest but they all laughed it off). Because oil got everywhere they also proceeded to clean underneath my car with some foam stuff and then ran it a little to burn what was left off. They were incredibly funny, helpful, patient, personable and honest. I spoke mostly to Jerry and the gentleman inside at the register who was also amazing. Even though I live 30 min from here and they helped me in a pinch, I will definitely bring my car back if anything else goes wrong. Service was incredible.

Came to Boston for the Weekend, i search for shop near by on yelp and they were the first to come up just 2min away. I stopped by and i must say i was impress with this small shop. Clean cozy and organized. I had check engine lamp on my 08 Bmw 535i and car was stalling on me at every red light. I was greeted by the owner and ask to pull car in . With in 15min he found issue, repaired loose vacuum hose and the problem went away. He cleared check engine lamp and i drove back to Maine without issue. Loved the fact that owner was honest, did not try to rip me off like most other shops would and for the service just asked to be buy lunch. Vito knows his stuff better than I've seen most mechanics. Went to him to get my suspensions of Honda HRV upgraded by swapping them for coilovers. After taking the stock shocks out, we learned that the coilvers aren't a perfect fit for the car. He was easily able to improvise it and make it work. That to without a manual. And, in other instance I went to him to get trunk spoilers and fog light trim installed. Non of them had manuals,. and were custom made for my car. Hard to find a shop that knows their vehicles, is honest and fair in pricing. Highly recommend this place .. The dealership quoted me 3k to repair coolant leaks on my Porsche Macan . This place did it for a fraction and they used original parts from Porsche. They sent me videos and pictures of my vehicle as they repaired it.
