Was there again. Have a 2010 f150 and the pipes were needing replacement. They replaced a few pipes and the muffle, a few hangers. no more leaks. The price was around 650 which I thought was a bit high but I went and had the works done. They saved the converters from replacement. I could have purchase the entire system all new for 650 aftermarket with the converters and replace it all myself. I am leary of aftermarket converters so, The end result is probably the same. All this being said i am again satisfied. I am a do-it-yourself type. However I am happy now. Thanks for a nice job ECO! read more

These guys were amazing, fast, and efficient. These guys don't bs you. Came in with my mom's car sounding like a motorcycle at 9 am. Had about 5 people in front of me and they lifted my car up within 10 minutes and showed me what wrong underneath and told me 350 out the door to get it fixed. Told me a hour to be finished and I went for a 30 minute walk and my car was already done and sounding normal again. WOW, I can't say enough about my experience at ECO Muffler! Very honest, friendly, & fast service! At 2pm, I walked in to get an estimate for my 87 Buick. Since my car was sounding like an old hot rod, I was expecting to need a whole new exhaust system. I was also expecting that the parts I needed would have to be custom built, because most parts for my car are now discontinued.. Turned out I didn't even need a muffler. All I needed was the pipe that runs the length of the car just before the muffler. One of the guys at ECO said he could have the part delivered in an hour, and that they could do the job in less than an hour for half the money I was expecting to pay. I was sent by Firestone of Quincy to get a piece of my muffler welded, and they send a lot of customers to Eco--with good reason! I expected to drop my car off and pick it up the next day, but I got a call from Chris to say they just had to cut off the rusted flange (?), fabricate a new one, and weld it. Everything else looked good, so they only needed half an hour and $95 for the job (as opposed to almost $1000 for a new muffler). So professional, friendly, trustworthy, and although I hope to not need to go back any time soon, I'd choose this place first for my muffler needs! These guys are friendly, quick and I think the prices they charge are reasonable. A mechanic quoted $1200 to replace some parts and what not. Instead, I brought to Eco and they charged me less than $200 to weld a couple parts on the muffler pipe under the car (sorry, I have no idea what it's called). But the owner or manager showed me after they took a look under the bay. I saw rusty parts and my muffler was loud, like a lawn mower.
