This is in a fabulous location, great atmosphere, selection and variety of frames also a plus. Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful. Doctor showed me my eye scans and explained them so I'd understand. I felt welcome from start to finish. They clean everything which is comforting to me. I purchased glasses and received help with picking a frame, which is also important to me. I have trouble finding the right design for my face shape. I'm not sure what fits correctly from a design perspective. They handled it perfectly and didn't make me feel like a nuisance or that I was taking too long. I was referred by a friend. Dr. Liz was very friendly and patience. In fact she spent extra time with me to diagnose my eyes since is my first visit and I told her my previous optometrist said my left eye is a little weird but I never went to see opthamology. (I had to paid a little more because she spent more time, but it was worth it). She dialect my eyes and found out i might have a retina tear. She actually spend time finding instead like other doctors just ignore it. it was hard to find a optometrist that spend the time making sure your contacts (hard) fits your eyes perfectly. She reorder another pair of contacts because she want to make sure it fits my eyes perfectly. Other places in the states I have been to never check if it fits my eyes correctly. Staff were friendly and I came in 15 minutes late but they still try to squeeze me in. read more

My wife and I have been coming here for years. The doctors and staff are all great. However, Diana is especially amazing. She makes their office seem like the optometrist version of the "Cheers" theme song. Her welcoming and genuine personality really make a strong impression. Plus, she takes that hassle out of getting rebates for things like contacts lenses. She addresses the envelope and prints out simple instructions to take care of it as quickly as possible. They are as good as it gets! I was needing to get a eye exam pronto since I had lost my last contact case. They got me in quickly after they had a cancellation and boy oh boy was I happy to have found and called them for my appt. The whole office staff is nice and personable. Ok, where in the world do I start. Let's start the moment you walk in and see Diana. She's the sweetest person ever and makes you very comfortable even during this pandemic. With her you will do a few eye tests and the unfortunate air puff thing, I hate that thing but she distracts me enough to where I will open my eye lol, thanks Diana, thanks. After that you meet Dr. N and it's very smooth and easy exam, it's thorough though, trust me. What I like about the exam part is they have the lens for you to try on to see if you think they are ok or if you know you can adjust according to your results. They honestly listen to what you need or are concerned about and take it from there. After that, is the best freaking part ever!! It's time for picking out FRAMES baby!! So you're back in the hands of Diana (uh oh) jk jk she's the ultimate best, sweetest, and honest glasses helper picker outer ever! Only if you ask her for help though, otherwise she sits back and let's you have your fun. I will try on a frame and she will tell me "Yes, Girl!" or I get that unfortunate "No, Dear!" I ask for her help all of the time and you know what I'm glad I do because I have about every brand on the table in the same style lmao, see photo attached, I can tell a difference so I whatev's. Any who the styles and brands are pretty extensive and definitely reasonably priced for the brands they are, I did have an old place hike their prices up from the price of a department store such as Nordstrom's.. very happy they did or I would have never discovered this place. I go in for adjustments whenever I am near because I have a tendency to either leave them in my hot car or fall asleep with them plus I love the excuse just to tell them "hi" this year my visit was about two weeks ago and I feel like their sunglasses doubled since my last exam and can't wait for this pandemic to be over to go back without a mask and try every single one of them on. I don't know what Visual Effects Optometry is giving their employees, but they are the happiest people ever! They have a really neat eye scan that's only an additional $20 that visualizes they eye more in depth than a normal scan. Perfect considering I have a family history that is concerning. Everyone was very helpful and answered all of my questions from the anatomy of an eye to what glasses looked better on me.
