I specifically told the owner, Phil B., that I planned to have cataract surgery within a year and would want the original Ray-Ban lenses put back in afterward. When I picked up my glasses, the original Ray-Ban lenses were missing. I was assured they would contact the lab and resolve the issue. After several follow-up calls, Carlos was not only unhelpful but also rude, repeatedly telling me to be patient and that it would take time. Two weeks later, I spoke with Phil, who promised he would replace the lenses. I even contacted Ray-Ban myself and learned replacement lenses would cost about $140. Over the next six months, every time I called for an update, Phil said he would order the replacement lenses and get back to me, but nothing ever happened. After being a loyal customer for years, I expected better. Instead, I was met with rude customer service, excuse after excuse, and promises that were never kept. More than six months later, the issue remains unresolved. Extremely disappointing experience.

Inside is a bright and welcoming lobby. My eye exam went smoothly and Dr. Nguyen showed me the images of my Meibomian glands, which indicated that I had a stye in both my upper and lower eyelids. No wonder the swelling was so bad... I was sold on a special moist eye compress mask and did not purchase any frames or lenses during my visit as I had to get back to work. The eye compress price was comparable to Amazon's. The office staff were even considerate enough to give me some sun filters after the dilation for my drive home as I'd forgotten my sunglasses. Overall, a very pleasant visit, about an hour and some change because of the dilation time for a new patient. Would come back again!

I completed the paperwork and waited just a few moments. When the technician asked me to come back to do the initial eye exams. The equipment was in an open concept area. There was a woman and man in a business conversation. The man's voice was very loud. The two people were clearly engaged in a conversation related to the business of this particular location and franchise. For the first exam, they were directly behind me talking very loudly. Making it very difficult to concentrate on what the tech was asking me to do and also making it difficult for me to hear her speak to me. We proceeded to the second exam, which was two part. Again, the man and woman were standing directly behind me having a very loud in-depth business conversation. Making it excessively difficult to concentrate on the particular exam for peripheral vision. I expressed my concern to the tech about how disruptive it was and how difficult it was to concentrate. She was very kind and apologized and offered me to wait until they finish the conversation. The man and woman proceeded to the showroom, but were still very loud and disruptive. I completed the second part of the second exam. I once again in a respectful manner expressed my concern over the disruption. And then I ask, is that the doctor? Indeed, the woman engaged in this conversation in the earshot of customers was the doctor. I was so offended by the unprofessionalism I let the young lady know I was leaving. I'm very disappointed that I was compelled to leave as I was prepared to buy a complete frame and lenses for regular glasses and I had a bag of design designer frames that I wanted to get new lenses for. The estimated cost for what I wanted to do Wood would have been well in excessive $2000. I am totally amazed, that someone in this position and level of education, would hold such a conversation in earshot of customers. It was clearly a conversation that should have probably been behind closed doors. Details about the business and productivity are not conversation that should've been in front of customers or employees.

Made some changes and ordered new frame and lenses for my wife and I. Four weeks went by and I just called few minutes ago to find out that mine just got in but my wife's will be probably another week before they will be ready. Anybody had the same experience? Because I have not heard in 30 years I am wearing glasses that any place will get this long for a pair off glasses. Never go back to this place.

During the process of getting ready for cataract surgery, the surgeon and a retinal specialist recommended I seek another opinion when they saw the freckle. Well unfortunately today the freckle has been diagnosed with a melanoma by a specialist. In addition the files with my retinal scans from the last 6 years, including a scan taken 2 weeks ago, cannot be accessed by Dr Farmer due to " equipment problems ". There have also been 3 or 4 times where I had to come back for the scan because there was a system problems or Dr Farmer could not access the scan or history while I was there because of technical glitches. She said she would later. I would not recommend using Dr Farmer for anything more than prescribing glasses. Anything more go see an ophthalmologist on your own.

My most recent visit, to start off i was over a half hour early for my appointment and that being said they were able to accommodate me without waiting! I had tonssss of questions regarding my insurance and what was covered because i needed both glasses and contacts updated and i left fully satisfied. Never once did they make me feel like i was a bother but instead they took the time to make sure i was on the same page and happy. When it comes to health care, i think we are all looking for the same things: Cleanliness, comfort in our Dr. and employees, trust when it comes to our wallets, and ingenuity and updated technologies regarding the practice. This place has it all. Front desk girls are such dolls and consistently so. Giselle has always helped me, whether it was 5 minutes to close, over the phone or on a busy day. Exams are thorough, questions are answered, and even though Today's Vision IS higher scale in regards to frames: Gucci, Prada, etc, they are so very mindful and helpful when it comes to savings. Worth every penny to know my eyes are healthy and that I'm in good hands. I've referred friends and cousins and all have been pleased. I told my husband to have them double check the values and write the numbers down. The prescription did NOT have include the values written. When I called to get the numbers, I was told by a receptionist that those numbers could not be supplied until we purchased a pair of glasses from them. You mean to tell me I paid $145 and I don't even get all the numbers? You are going to keep them and force me to pay for your overpriced frames? She obviously doesnt know what she's talking about because pupillary distance does not change depending on glass frames (optical centers do). I am beyond disappointed and will be sharing my negative experience about how Today's Vision gate keeps their content to force customers to pay exorbitant prices.
