This place did a great job getting me in and out on a busy Saturday. Great Covid protocols. The staff was very friendly and professional!

Dear Office Manager,…read more I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with your office, specifically involving a staff member named Shaye during several phone interactions. I contacted the office multiple times seeking assistance and clarification about services and coverage. During each call, I remained polite and respectful. Unfortunately, the tone and manner in which I was spoken to felt dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I did not receive clear guidance despite calling several times, and the conversations felt focused only on payment rather than patient care and understanding. As a Medicaid patient, I left these interactions feeling judged and unwelcome. This experience was deeply upsetting and made me feel discouraged about seeking care through your location. No patient should feel uncomfortable or ashamed when trying to access medical services. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed. At minimum, I hope additional training can be provided to ensure all patients are treated with respect, fairness, and professionalism regardless of insurance type or background. After writing the review they did end up ordering the newer frames for me. The didn't charge me for…read morethe upgraded frames. So I ended up getting $400 frames for $350 instead of $300 for $350 as it was originally. In the end they made it right but lying to me about the lenses from the frames which became discontinued, not fitting into the Gen 2 was confirmed to be a lie. In the end it saved me $50 but cost me a months use. Lenses are like rentals. I lost a months life on them as they sat on a self.

I made an appointment at this location due to its convenience even though I visited the Bedford…read morelocation last year. This office is located the a newly built medical plaza and the inside is clean, new, and spacious. However, they do not have the latest technology and equipment and their customer service is lacking. I wear contacts and I dread the air pressure test where the machine blows a puff of air in your eyes! .The Bedford location had a device that measured air pressure without that air puff so I was hoping since this location is even newer they would have the same new technology. I asked the person who was taking the measurements if they had the new technology at this location in Arlington and she said they did not. I casually said, "Oh they had the new one in the Bedford office." She replied, "Well we have this one." Yeah....clearly...I see you have this one even though I don't have my contacts in. I was just making a statement. After the initial tests were run I went to the exam room. The doctor was nice and the exam was quick. I mentioned that I have been successfully using the Air Optix Night and Day contacts for years. However, since my exam showed I have astigmatism, I was prescribed another extended wear contact to try. The contact immediately felt uncomfortable, but I decided to give them a trial. The next day, my right eye was completely red! And yes, I took all the necessary sanitation steps before handling my contacts. My left eye was also irritated so these contacts clearly didn't agree with me. I called the office and asked for another prescription, explained that I had used Air Optix Night and Day for years just fine. I was told that due to the astigmatism they could prescribe me another contact and they ordered the trial. I picked up the trial a few days later and to my disappoinment, the contacts were not extended wear. I tried them anyway, but I they dry my eyes out and are difficult to remove. So I called again requesting to go back to the Air Optix Night and Day. The person I spoke to said they would get back to me about the prescription. Someone else left a message for me later that day asking me again which prescription I wanted. I returned the call during business hours and was only hold listening to music for 15 minutes. So if you're reading this, again, I would like my prescription to go back to Air Optix Night and Day. I will try the call again later and I hope someone picks up.

DO NOT BUY YOUR GLASSES HERE…read more Although the eye doctors associated with this particular Pearle Vision are excellent, I highly suggest you take your prescription and go elsewhere to purchase your actual glasses and/or contacts. I previously had purchased my glasses from this Pearle Vision so when I got my eyes examined I went over to the shop to purchases my glasses. For 2 pairs of glasses it was going to be $900. This was for one pair of no line bifocals and one pair of reader glasses. Oh but wait, there's more. I also wanted to change out the lenses in my Maui Jim prescription sunglasses to match my new prescription. $750 just for the lenses and use my current frames. I went ahead and ordered the Maui lenses but decided to shop around for glasses. I happened into Costco that day and did you know they have an eye glass area? I didn't until that day. I got one pair of no line bifocals and one pair of reading glasses for $312. So basically 1/3 of what I would have paid. They don't do the Maui lenses so I was stuck with Perle Vision. Two weeks after I order the Maui lenses I call and ask if they're ready, nope. A month goes by, I call again, are they in yet, nope. This was on May 15th. Every time I get in the car I think, I sure wish I had my sunglasses. Today, June 7th, I call again and the sunglasses are there and they tell me they've been there for over a month! What? They said they had called and left a voicemail on May 3rd and May 28th. No they certainly did not as I have had 2 voicemails on my phone since April 26th and neither was them. I also have their number in my contacts and have had no missed calls from them. So I go to get my glasses and I speak to the manager who is evidently the owner of that store. She's pretty much like, oh well. Then I ask for the name of the district manager and she says she's is the DM and there's no one above her. She ended up giving me $50 off so they only cost me $700 for lenses with a lot of inconvenience. That is the absolute last time they will receive any money from me, ever!
