This is against CA law and bad practice to impose a cancellation policy based solely on a sign in their office, especially for patients that are scheduled on the phone and confirm on the phone. I have since found a new optometrist and guess what? They text their appointment confirmation so the patient can confirm and guess what's also included in that patient confirmation text?
