It did not include the cyc, axis, near add, int add, h prism, or v prism. I assume these aren't needed? I browsed their inventory and compared options I liked in store to online pricing. Online pricing was a better option for my preferences (as expected). Nonetheless, a decent place for exams.

One other thing, my husband was not able to be with me do to being home bound in his bed but Gina took the time to allow my husband to chat with her on FaceTime on my phone about his insurance. Unfortunately, I did leave today's visit with a gut feeling that the doctor unfortunately manipulates how she's going to bill their services to benefit them, not us the customers. My husband and I each have a great VSP plans through our employer and for two exams it should have been covered especially with double coverage, however I left paying $120 out-of-pocket on what should have been zero. I left very disappointed. I am in the HR field and I have an understanding of how Primary and secondary insurances work, but there really was no arguing with the doctor. Definitely disappointed, and because of this experience, we will no longer be going to see her.

This is against CA law and bad practice to impose a cancellation policy based solely on a sign in their office, especially for patients that are scheduled on the phone and confirm on the phone. I have since found a new optometrist and guess what? They text their appointment confirmation so the patient can confirm and guess what's also included in that patient confirmation text? Their cancellation policy!
